Streamlined Process
The process was quick and easy. Website was giving an error so called in and Bharti took all the information over the phone and processed it. As mentioned I got the emails with the insurance card, certificate and letter within minutes. Customer Service is awesome to get the insurance.

Good options, recommendations and price for travelers insurance for and very good customer service
First, the website is pretty good with lots of good options but I still had some important questions, I was able to connect with Reenku from the company very promptly and she spent quite some time with us explaining all the options and giving us the right information and recommendation.
The purchase process was quite straightforward and all the details and cards were emailed promptly.
