Well done Gary, after 7 years of appallingly awful customer service, unsurpassed incompetence and an absolute indifference to the truth you've finally managed to buy your Porsche. Well done, you must be very proud.
Suggest you avoid Gary and Vision Comms aka Sync Connect at all costs.

Terrible service
If you've been approached by Gary, avoid at all costs. Comes across as a charming guy, but you'll get nothing in return. Contracts aren't as they seem, contact with the team is impossible and being over charged is a monthly occurance.

Complete & utter con
Complete & utter con. The guy just uses contractors, and charges astronomical amounts for it. Also, keep an eye on your direct debit, they just take money out at will.

Truly awful service. Gary does not ever return calls.
Repeatedly sent the wrong SIM cards that even months on still have the wrong data packages, installed less lines than agreed, took weeks to get any responses. Worst of all failed to take over all the services they should from previous supplier & then refused to pay the early termination fee as agreed in the contract causing the previous supplier to suspend the services they still held. Can not get anyone to call me back about this, I have no option now but legal action & reporting to telecoms regulator. AVOID this company!

If I could give NO stars I would
If I could give NO stars I would - we are a golf club and were not only mis-sold but we were ripped off and paying over the odds and could not leave without massive penalties. Add this to awful service and threats from the owner - this company is to be avoided at all costs!

Best avoided.
Signs up for long periods and no service when you have signed. Ignore emails and phone calls.
No understanding of VOIP. Sent in sub contractors as do not seem to have their own technical team..
Add charges to the direct debit with no warning. Just unprofessional.
