Bad , really really bad service. The store is glitchy, made me buy the wrong version of Jurassic world Dominion. I wanted the extended version but the glitch took me to purchase the standard version that I've seen already. Called the virgin store number and they refused to refund me for this purchase. Spent one hour trying to get my money back for product I didn't want. Absolutely terrible experience

Bad customer service.: Stay away from virgin mobile at carling wood mall. They are bunch of trouble makers. I will share my experience so other people should not suffer like me.

To change from post paid service to plan service they took 2 days and make me stand 3 hours each day and telling we don't what is the problem and our technical team is working. Really to change 1 service to another service. It should take some time but not like this. I never recommend this virgin to anyone.

This company is a scam, takes the return does not issue refund. NOT RELIABLE TO AVOID 🚫

It’s very bad service!! Never go again never!! Deira city Centre Mr Moises store Incharge very bad attitude!!! They only mention they will exchange item! But when u go they will show you their different face!!! They will never exchange your item if cover is open!!! And they behave very be rude!!!! First time I saw like this manager! So what you can do!!! I just follow up with DED!! Let’s see!!!

Extremely bad services and never people get discounts . Other store in Qatar always offer great offers but here never do .

You better hope to God that you won't need any Customer and/or Repair Services. A nightmare, to say the least.

Extremely Bad sriveces they are keep canceling orders even no courtesy at all.
i placed multiple orders and all were different products and they canceled almost all my orders.
people should stay away from such Company and U.A.E authorites should look into it.

Ordered two Razer Laptops:
-first order reference 6E2C21F was cancelled two days after placement as they have “no stock” anymore.
-second order 6E2C39E was actually delivered (3 working days for delivery) but without the bundled offer of accessories that is supposed to come with it. Need to run after customer service no again to fix this.

So in summary, two orders, two times problems. Possible that a promotional period is making things more challenging, I do however expect Virgins customer service to be up to speed.

I renew my contract and paid upfront full year my data using so fast daly 1GB without using and customer very very bad they don’t care about anyone because they know you don’t have much option can you do this in the UK.
I hope Government of UAE will take care this matter. Very disappointing 😢

I visited the marina store the female staff with blond short hairs looks like Arabic very bad attitude the way she talk and response it’s shows that she really don’t wana assist us and after when i ask her to show me the features so she just ignore us and went away very poor service really disappointed

Terrible service:

Ordered a gaming chair on July6th and received it on July 13th. They sent the wrong item, and after I reported it they took 2 days to send someone to collect the incorrect item.

Now I’m still waiting for them to deliver the correct item. Their customer service is useless. They keep saying the same thing. They say the item will be delivered today, but then no one calls or responds to emails. Then when you call them back they say the same thing again.

I purchase the IPAD from virgin megastore and insurance . at the time i bought insurance it said that it is apple care protection . once my device damage i went to apple service then i got to know this insurance is not belong to applecare . i again visited to virgin megastore and then i got to know that it is Allianze insurance and now Allianze asking for again copayment to just process you claim . It is worst experiance with virgin megastore .. feel cheated

I ordered a set of speakers from their store for delivery by Thursday.

After hearing nothing i called to find out the order had been cancelled and a spam email had been autosent saying you have been contacted as we do not have the product.

I dont understand why it was sold and the money then taken from my account and not returned for a week when the item wasnt in stock when I ordered it online.
Their system should reflect stock and not allow you to order what is not in store.

Then the customer service advisor was very short and rude and told me to just wait for my refund and its just how it is.

Poor experience all round and wont be using again.

I placed an order on 15th November. It is now the 2nd December and my order still says 'under process'. Virgin megastore have failed to respond to my Facebook messages, Instagram messages and emails, plus their phone number keeps cutting me off. Super frustrated and angry!!

I did buy an iPhone which was to be delivered within 2-5 days. but it was delivered after 3 weeks. there was no response from their side AT ALL. no calls were attended from the call center as well. never had this bad experience from other online portals.

Needed a replacement ear piece for my Android while on holiday. All stores in the Abu Dhabi Mall will cost you more, so I see no need for 1 star reviews.

Video games are very expensive for dhs 270 for a game when you can get it for dhs 150-180 from madinat zayed shopping center

Very poor customer service.
Extremely irritating voice message when you call the store, presented as very cheap and vulgar music. It just reflects the lack of professionalism and no respect to the better taste of their customers.

Good products but very overpriced.

Was looking for something to gift for Christmas, They a were selling a set of shot glasses for AED 119, when you can find the same thing in a Day to Day for way cheaper and same quality.
