Vinylbannersprinting

Ordered a banner using the klarna service they offered on their website, got told klarna isnt being accepted even though the payment went through, I needed the banner for my store opening and went ahead and transfered the payment via bank (so now I have paid twice) when I requested for the klarna payment to be cancelled from their side, I was told to send proof, of which I did, its dragged on for 3 weeks now and still no communication or refund in sight. Please be wary of this company, use at your own risk

It was a pleasure to order the roller posters at the Vinyl Banner Sprinting Co. Staff are very helpful with professional knowledge and good advice for the production. It's the first time to work with them and the experience is brilliant. We will refer the company to all my friends whoever may need such services in the future.

Banner was fine, however be aware this companies sales team will continue to pester you for further business afterwards. I have had them ring multiple times a day on occasions, despite telling them I have no intention of ordering again in the near future. They would have scored higher had I not had this after sales experience.

I've bought banners for our annual charity show from this excellent company for a few years now and they're always super helpful, super value and provide top quality banners. Recommended!

I have been using these for around 2 years I have never had a bad experience with them. the customer service is great and always email me every step of the way for me to confirm my order is exactly what I want. The delivery times are on time or early. The price is also reasonable not expensive atall the materias are really good quality aswell as the print. Overall I have a great experience would definitely recommend it will continue to use them in the future.

Went through WhatsApp as I needed speedy delivery. These guys were great, replied instantly and fulfilled my order very quickly and attentively. The banner turned out great and it arrived within 2 days. Not expensive either. Would definitely recommend.

Great service , quality products and Jim been super friendly! Thanks again

The service was great -- prompt communication, proofs given before printing happened, and delivered efficiently. Happy with the product, too.

My only gripe is that since ordering, I have been telephoned multiple times by employees, largely asking me the same questions and wanting more business from me.

The banner production was of very good quality and exactly as described. I was pleased with the overall quality and feel that it offered excellent value for the money I paid. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Banners wear good qulity but delivery was very pore, 2 time they faild to deliver and campany dose not take responsibility. I am not gon no use this campani in the futore Banner prining.

"Incredible quality, value, and speed. As an organisation with 80 years of history, we have worked with numerous signage suppliers over the decades, and this is by far the highest quality we have received at this price point in the last 15 years. We are thoroughly impressed and highly recommend their services."

Good product, delivered on time, good colours, helpful process, thanks Jeff Harrison and all the team at Vinyl Banners.

After my first order John contacted me to check everything was ok and if he could be of any further assistance. The quality of the banner we ordered was good and delivery fast. I have since ordered another banner that i needed quite fast. John came into his own and everything was processed within an hour, delivery is due in a few days.

I recently used this company to have three vinyl banners printed to advertise our school, and I couldn't be happier with the service. John Taylor was superb.

From start to finish, the team were professional, responsive and extremely helpful. Their design assistance was excellent. They took my ideas and turned them into eye-catching banners, offering useful suggestions and making sure everything looked professional before printing.

The quality of the finished banners exceeded my expectations, with vibrant colours and clear, high-quality printing. The turnaround time was quick, and communication throughout the process was excellent.

Most importantly, the banners represented great value for money. The combination of quality products, helpful customer service and competitive pricing made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for vinyl banners and will definitely use them again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bought 3 banners - banners are fined. My daughter and I do craft markets. We are not a full time business and just wanted a pop of colour for our stalls. the banners are fine and just what we wanted but they don't stop pestering you. Despite being told numerous time I don't need any more banners and that if I did want to order more I would contact them they keep ringing. Numbers listed are not Liverpool or London and are answered by the same person so you cant even complain. No issue with the product but be aware you will get called repeatedly. They are so annoying.

Great service, quick and helpful, quality printed banner and printed exactly how provided. Would be 5 stars if a couple of the eyelets (out of 6) weren't as close to the edges, but would consider buying again. Jeff is great and helped with note, and Jack VB was great help with the original print and layout design

I’m so pleased with my personalised labels & posters. Excellent quality & service. Yes I’d highly recommend & shall definitely be using Vinylbannersprinting again soon. Justin was so helpful!

Oliver made a good suggestion re resizing images on banners, Mark kept me informed of progress of order and banners arrived on time and good quality
