Non stop cold calls, despite asking numerous times to stop calling. Calling from different numbers every time.

Had an issue with the banners that had been delivered, one set of banners were missing. I lodged a complaint with the company and Stephen handled my complaint in a professional and swift manner. The complaint was resolved and replacement banners were sent out.

Darren did a fantastic job with our banners, from placing the order right through to delivery. The whole process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The banners look great, the quality is excellent, and everything was delivered promptly and exactly as requested. If I could put 0 stars then I would. The ignorance, arrogance, and harrasment are second to none at Vinyl Banners Printing. If you love not being listened to, and being constantly hounded 2 years after placing ONE order, the by all means go for it. Bunch of sausages mate.

Ordered a banner in 2021, and have since been contacted at least once a week - every time I have asked them to remove me off their calling and mailing list which they said they’ll do and then proceed to contact the next week.

Today they called me and tried to incentivise me with a free / discounted banner in exchange for leaving them a positive review. If you read other reviews you’ll see this is the case…

Justin and his team did a great job, producing our roller banners for our Summer fetes. We were very happy with the printing and their service.

Great quality, great price. But read the online order carefully, I thought I was getting two banners as part of an offer but accidentally only ordered one.

Many thanks to Kevin and Frank for helping me sort out exactly what I wanted. Their mock up of suggestions of further branded items was also much appreciated! Very professional, speedy and helpful with the design and delivery. 3 for 2 offer on vinyl banners was also a great bonus for us. Would recommend.
