It's been 16 days now from the point of purchase of an order from Villeroy-Bosh UK; I made it clear to the retailer that the carrier needed the delivery by a certain time so that it can be shipped overseas but I haven't received any response back. I then requested a cancellation and a refund but all my emails were ignored. I am very disappointed by the level of customer service.
