I used the service for the first time recently. I found it to be very convenient. The viewber was very efficient and professional. Completed the task just the way I asked. Will definitely use the service again.

They put jobs on the internet for tradesmen and then tell the tradesmen how much they will pay for the jobs , for instance supply and fit a keysafe for £45, costs £20 to buy so
Then £25 labour , tax, fuel , public liability insurance etc etc , they take advantage of the builders and then dying the customer , absolutely disgusting

We have been using for Viewber for several years now. We are a large property buying company with quite a few arms to our company, Viewber is used for all different aspects to our business whether that’s viewings, document signing, photos etc - we are proud to work alongside them and would highly recommend them.

I have needed Viewbers services in the last 2 weeks to help with viewings for my property, as a landlord with a few properties in various locations I don’t always have the time to conduct viewings myself. I've been using Viewber for a few months now and they exceeded my expectations. The Viewbers are Professional and Knowledgable and queries I have had, have always been answered quickly. Very helpful when I'm already juggling many plates.

Viewber is very straight forward to use once you know your way around it.

We mainly use Viewber for photos of our properties and the viewber always turn up on time and do exactly as we ask. We're always happy with the quality of the photos.

If we ever need to get in touch with a viewber for whatever reason it's always easy to do so.

Very useful company as we have properties up and down the country and don't always have one of our agents nearby.

Viewber markets itself as a replacement for you at a Property Viewing or for other property related Admin tasks. There have also been a few "influencers" speaking of the service.

Their View on your behalf service suggests it could take your place on a viewing, do all the tedious stuff like basic information, checks and photos. Their staff can stay on site up to 45 minutes, all for ~£60. Seems fair enough, not the cheapest but if you are out of town or abroad, perhaps its more convenient.

When you view a residential property as a buyer or investor, its customary to go through basic things like checking windows, toilets, run taps, plug sockets, utility meters etc. Some photos of the rooms from different angles perhaps, after all you are intending to buy the property and all you likely have is the estate agents portal listing. For a 2 bed terraced house, you could get a lot done in a 45 min site viewing.

For £60, i received a document with 12 photos and one sentence.

Upon reporting to Viewber, I was told i ordered the "basic" package and did not include things like checking taps, opening windows, seeing if the hot water works etc. So, the obvious question to me was what did i pay £60 for? 12 photos?

After some back and forth with various "customer service reps" who gave scripted answers about expectations and i should have paid for a higher priced plan, i resulted to going through my bank to initiate a chargeback.

Viewber agreed to a refund after a few days.

We've used Viewber Services for nearly 6 months now and the team are fantastic.

Our teams are booking c50-100 appointments a month with Viewber and the coverage and reliability are brilliant.

Viewber have provided great solutions to our business enabling us to outsource tasks enabling us to focus on core operations and provide national coverage at the same time.

I was emailed just couple of hours before the viewing to inform that they can not do it but they accepted the booking!

As it was their problem, they did not even bother to ring the agent and change the time. I think the service is getting from poor to worst and i need to look an alternative after using them for some time..
