Bought a windows pro license key and now I keep getting a notification to activate windows. I am definitely hesitant to purchase another license key because I don’t want to waste more money. If someone from the company could help I’d really appreciate it.

Very pleased. I recieved my 12 month playstation plus membership in about 12 hours . I was worried at first as I've never ordered anything from vevo digital but now it will be my "go to site" for all my digital downloads.

Purchased the 2019 office home and student for 29.99 instead of the 149.00 office had it at. Great price and easy to install on my computer. Using it now and have no issues. I was a little skeptical this was to good of a deal but read some reviews first about this company and very pleased so far.

AWESOME, after graduating college and having downloaded MS Office thru the school free of charge, my Office license key was nullified when my school email addy was dropped a year later, leaving me w/dysfunctional office programs. Then I found Vevo Digital on a Google search, everyone else wanted 40 to 80 bucks as opposed to Vevo's $20 offer so I decided to give it a try. I followed all instructions (Make sure you have an updated MS account and keep that tab OPEN on your browser and VEVO in a separate tab, makes life easier!} Then purchase key thru VEVO and follow ALL steps w/confirmation e-mails. Once you acquired new key, switch tabs to your MS account and paste key, follow instructions to the letter although once download started I did tell download box to OPEN when finished. Took about an Hour. Again AWESOME EASY would certainly recommend ! I can now edit my Power Point and Word files again ! A fifth grader could do it !

I was a little skeptic at first, thought it was to good to be true, bought office professional 2019 and checked it out to find out it was actually a Microsoft OEM product, all smiles now, thanks so much for the unbelievable deal and great communication when I addressed my concerns thinking something was fishy about your products. I still don't think I got the 25 digit code or whatever I needed for my son to play this game. I was prompted to sign into microsoft and other websites that it said I already had an account for. I don't know...very confusing.

Update: Vevo Digital reached out to me and stated that they would undergo a review to overhaul their verification system. They also reassured me that they do not handle the credit card info, but that it is handled by PayPal. I appreciate their timely response and willingness to look into the verification issue. After speaking with them I'm willing to give it another try sometime and hopefully the experience will be improved.

Tried to buy a $5 digital game so I could play it that day. My purchase was put "on hold" for verification due to some EU law about strong verification. When I looked into the law, it appeared that it was only required on purchases of somewhere around $20. Was asked to send a picture of something with my billing address. Finally got the game code after about 2 days. Could have got it by mail through Amazon faster. The whole thing just seemed sketchy.

Didn't factor this into my score, but felt it's of note. Right after dealing with them, my credit card was stolen for the first time in my life... Though I can't say for sure how it was stolen, I have some suspicions.

I bought a digital game with 80% discount and it arrived in 5 minutes.

I have edited this review because I initially posted a negative review that was the result of technical problems and a misunderstanding.

Let me say that the help the company gave me in unraveling my issues and getting the software working was among the best I've ever received, and the customer service rep was very understanding about my initial bad reaction.

I purchased a similar product from another online seller for three times the price, and it works, but I wish now I had bought both from Vevo Digital. Highly recommended if they have something you need.

I bought two codes. I was not allowed to just order 2 codes, I had to order one a piece. First code was immediate and amazing. Second code (same address and same info) required me to prove my address. So I did that asap. Waited 8 hours to get response. Then it says order "complete" so I was excited. However, my order did not come with a product key. I am trying to chat with them online but nobody is available to chat with. I wish I had bought it at amazon full price.
