excellent service from the start. it took a few weeks longer to get my trailer tent then was told but that was down to the manufacturer and the amount they had to make. would definitely recommend to anyone 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great company. Venture Daventry have serviced our caravan for the last three years (since we got it). We had an issue with our recent service and they’ve been great in resolving matters. The mark of a great business is what happens when things go badly rather than when things go well. We would recommend them and will be returning in 2024 for our next annual service.

I've been a customer at Venture for 40 or so years, and that fact alone speaks volumes, as, if the customer service was less than exceptional, I would certainly have gone elsewhere. From sales to service, I have always felt valued, and always felt that I have got value. I couldn't be more pleased than if they were paying for the review, (which they are not), I am happy to personally recommend them to everyone. Personal recommendation for Sales Manager Dave Webb for whom nothing is too much trouble.

The salesman took the time to explain the different types of trailer tent that they were selling was patient while we made her mind up, which one we wanted and was even more patient with much when I changed my mind three times.

Just an excellent experience. Whilst deciding on our VW camper purchase Dave at Venture couldn't have been more helpful. Never any pressure, giving us as much time to browse as we needed and happy to answer all questions/provide advice when asked for. Collected our Dub on valentine's day and found flowers and chocolates inside. What a service! Strongly recommend anyone thinking of a VW Redline build visit Daventry.

I wanted to thank all the staff for A great handover when I collected my caravan which I ordered at the caravan and motorhome exhibition . The handover was faultless and explanations as to it use was excellent. A Special thanks to John.

Just had my VW camper in for a habitation service, solar panel and to look at squeaking in the pop up roof. Staff were extremely helpful, everything was done all in a day which made my life easier as I had come from Essex. I would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Nothing was to much trouble for the team and they endeavour to fulfil all your need's helping you on the way. Their communication by phone or email was tops which is certainly more than other companies! Thank you for helping us begin our new adventure 😀 we would highly recommend Venture 👍🏼

Exceptional service, from the moment we arrived right through to taking delivery. Everything was clearly explained and well-explained. And (as a novice) no question/concern seemed too much trouble. Equally though, it was a relatively relaxed process; as a customer it felt like we were buying an experience not 'just' a vehicle. Never pushy (recognising the quality would sell the product), it felt informal and nothing was rushed. Finally, very friendly and kept in-touch throughout the process. Can't say enough about these guys (Darren and Dave).

I purchased a campervan from Ben & Mark 5 years ago and it has been fantastic, I recently spoke to Mark to discuss a small damp problem I had in my elevated roof, Mark immediately made an appointment for me with Ben at the service department who checked my van over a 3 day period and found no major problems, This was all done on good will basis with no charges,
I cannot praise them enough for a fantastic after sales service.
