Velocity was very helpful in the process of finding me an apprenticeship and helped me every step of the way. Tom and Graham were very kind and made consistent check ins showing that they cared.

I enjoyed my Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Velocity Academy and the skills I learnt and knowledge I gained have been really useful to me in developing in my job role.

Special thank you to my tutor Andy, who was always approachable, friendly and ready to help me out when I got stuck or didn't understand something. He was very supportive and a great help in helping me achieve my qualification! Thank you! :)

My experience with Graham at Velocity Academy has been nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to finding the right apprentices have been very impressive.
Once the candidates were selected, the transition to getting them on board was remarkably quick and seamless. Graham efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork and administrative tasks, making the onboarding process hassle-free.
I would recommend their services to anyone in search of apprentices who will make a positive impact on their business. Our apprentices are excelling in their roles and continuously developing their skills.

Have been working with Ebony at Velocity and she has been excellent. Always quick to respond with just the information I need. Super helpful in course selection, helping me complete the government forms, posting an advert, finding candidates, carrying out 1st round interviews, then with the follow up.
Velocity has made finding someone and hiring them a breeze, made my life a lot less stressed by taking the HR load off me.
If it hadnt been for Ebony & Velocity we wouldn't have an apprentice starting with us. She is a credit to the company and look forward to working with her throughout the apprenticeship. Simply excellent.

Can’t recommend velocity academy enough. Managed to gain qualifications in personal training something I’d always wanted to do. The tutors were really helpful and supportive and I couldn’t of done it without them, just going into my new career now in the fitness industry and I owe it all to them.

Velocity have been really helpful and friendly whilst I have been applying for Digital Marketing apprenticeships. Thomas Crossland in particular has been really supportive, professional and easy to contact. Thanks to him I am delighted to say that I have now started my apprenticeship with Velocity.

I had a really positive experience with Velocity Academy and they have been very helpful and supportive in assisting me with finding an apprenticeship. I was kept regularly updated, receiving calls from Tom who would check on my progress and assist me with any inquiries, providing me with advice and support. Highly recommended and I greatly appreciate all the support and assistance I have received.

Velocity Academy sourced a fantastic Apprentice Developer on our behalf and we couldn't have been happier with the service. I had been struggling to find an apprenticeship for a while, when applying for my chosen apprenticeship i received a call from Tom in a matter of a few hours. he was kind and has helped me a lot in this journey in more ways then I thought he has given me advice and helped me with interviews and put me at ease when I was nervous I am beyond grateful for all the help I have received and amazed with how quick he was to help me get this opportunity.

Sam and Tom were both extremely helpful in getting me through the application process for an IT Support Technician apprenticeship. It was daunting at first, but they did a fantastic job at putting me at ease, answering my questions and providing excellent advice.

I am now looking forward to starting the course.

Don’t get me wrong I’m appreciative that I’m able to now work in the future industry however I have had lack of support from velocity, they promote jobs on there internal portal. majority haven’t been updated since Covid with some business no longer operating.

The “success” coach was meant to ring to support me in my first steps in the industry for him to forget and to not offer to book in another call. They also promised to set me up with a website for 6 months but again nothing has ever come from that.

They changed my l4 into two other courses (again grateful for this) however at no point since then have they offered any support or even checking in to see how I’m getting on. Instead the only email that I’ve received is them trying to sell me L4 Sports massage qualifications.

So very frustrating by the lack of support received by the company

I had andrew (andy) as my tutor and I can not express how much I wouldn’t have got this qualification without his perseverance , patience and faith in me. He was willing to help no matter how many times he had gone through the same thing, and always made time. He never let me drop out anytime I was demotivated and gave me 1-1 sessions as well as forwarded me the online classes whenever I felt like I was hitting the rocks and wanted to give up. It took me a little longer than expected but if I didn’t have the constant push and support from Andy I wouldn’t have made it this far. The work ethic and breakdown in explaining things is beyond remarkable. Give this man a trophy! Overall I’d do it all over again and no other place I’d recommend to everyone. ( Dying inside because I enjoyed it and it’s come to an end)

The support throughout both my level 2 and 3 front my tutors made it possible for me to succeed and also gain value able knowledge that I’ll now be able to use and to pass onto others.

Great provider, great engaging lessons with tutor Kevin. Lessons are always interesting and full of content. Enjoy my apprenticeship alot
