absolute scammers - they steal your money
absolute scammers. They did not credit by deposit amount and neither the support team nor the payment team care about the money. they basically just collected my deposited money and kept it themselves. thankfully it was a small amount only so my loss is small and i learned to never go to them again. its a warning for you all.
update - this is my reply to their response. I already shared the screenshot of my UPI transaction details but here they are acting like they really care. In emails, they did not give two ... about it.
update 2 - why do you need a bank statement when i have already send you the screenshot of the transaction from phonepe app? it has all the details that you would find in the bank statement.
update 3 - nice joke. i sent 1k by scanning the QR code you displayed on your website and enetered the UTR code as well. Now when i enter the same UTR, it tells me UTR is already in use, which means it has gone through and registered in your system. stop covering up your incompetence. Anyway, i have given up on that 1k and registered the complaint here so that a few others will decide against depositing or playing with you.

They are Scammer,Very bad company, none of you should deposit money in this company, they will kill your money. I made a deposit a few days ago and won by playing multi. They just say review review review but they are not giving me my money.
Every time I live chat with them they tell me reviews reviews reviews reviews but their reviews never end and they are cheating me.
They will try to convince you that it is within their policy to review betting history to protect their customers.
But Honestly they will cheat you and they have adopted this new trick to cheat you.

Deposits not Added to my Account(vbet10)
When we deposit we do phone pe transactions as per your payment mode - through scanner same way I did it on 9th November at 10.50pm the recipient name was "SAKRUPA ENTERPRISES" Transaction Amount Rs.1400/- is not added to my account. Your team is informing me after 2 days it is not credited that too I asked almost 8 to 10 times in 2 days. But I checked in Bank & Phone pe team - it is successfully done(transaction) Your company is not trustworthy even in deposits matter.
First of all why do your company provides different scanners of different people like recipients name every time. Ex: Fruit shop's, Garments shop's etc..
This itself gives a hint that some problem is there. But I believed & deposited totally money waste & time waste.
