I wrote to them because 2 of my orders came late. The rude response I got back I can’t believe it. With customer service like that, they won’t have to deal with deliveries because they won’t have any. Never shopping here again. BtW Puff City has better prices.

Placed an order

Placed an order, package came damaged and empty! Couldn’t get a response back from customer service! Took my money pretty quick tho! I will never order from them again!

BEWARE DEFFECTIVE VAPES SOLD HERE! I had kindly asked for a replacement vape since the one sold to me back in January was defective. I was told that it was out of the return window and they would not honor a replacement or refund. I will not be placing large orders any longer as I once have due to the defective products sold here.

Super slow shipping

Super slow shipping. Had to go to my local vape shop to buy because I ran out and normally, my orders from other online vape shops arrive in 3-4 days. It's been over one week.

I was charged for my product, never received an order confirmation or anything, and now their website doesn’t even exist.
