I was unfortunate enough that I chose this company to help out on a CCJ case:
They take on the case when they know very well that the couldn’t do anything for me
They provided me with miss leading information that nearly cost me the all case, paid them £600 and they didn’t move a finger for me.. eventually they agreed to refund the money.. but never received nothing..
They ignoring my letter and emails..

This company it’s registered in Edinburgh (Scotland) but they do business in the UK
I couldn’t not get a country court judgement against this company as it’s not registered in the uk.
I’d stay well away!

We instructed Vanguard Partners to collect a £3.5k debt from our customer and the customer duly paid Vanguard in April 2022. We have proof of payment from our customer and are now almost in the New Year and Vanguard still haven't paid us a penny!

They have not contacted us at any point, don't answer emails and no-one will speak to us about it. I see that many other people have had the same experience and can't believe they can get away with this.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!

Total Scammers - employed them for debt recovery. They got paid by our debtors but never advised or paid us and now we will be taking legal action against them. So we advise anyone out there to avoid Vanguard Partners or anyone connected to this sham of an organization. They also trade under the name ​Caledonian Group Services Limited and the same applies

I have been chasing Vanguard and getting nowhere, specifically can't name, unfortunately nobody gets back to you, they rarely answer their phones and NEVER respond to emails or messages.

I tried vanguard on a no win no fee service after using the court sheriffs and another debt recovery company to recover a ccj to the value of 6750.00, vanguard said they will visit
my debtor in the evening time as it’s likely the best time to catch the debtor with him working all day, Mick Phillips rang me a few weeks to inform me that vanguard had recovered my debt and the costs ! For me it was never about the money it was always about principle by not letting my debtor get away with this

Went for vanguards no win no fee service, within 3 days my debtor had paid. I will now send over any new depts that occur to vanguard as there approach is quick and effective.

I has a debt from March 2020 and left it due to covid I then contacted Vanguard Partners earlier this year and they got me paid within 3 weeks including interest.
Very happy will use again

Absolute criminals. They are not a debt collecting company merely another scam set up.
Avoid like the plague.
Collected over £5k that we were owed and simply now do not respond to us with any answers.
on the odd occasion you manage to speak to someone they plead ignorance and promise to investigate and come back to you, which obviously never happens.
Need to be shut down ASAP.

We used Vanguard Partners to help us retrieve monies owed to us for extra hire of our equipment. Within 72 hours of us signing their contract monies had been received. Great communication throughout with great results. Very impressed would definitely use again and recommend. Thanks again.

Supplied meat to a small chain of restaurants before Covid but they used it as an excuse not to pay…Vanguard got involved and resolved it soon as they turned up to their premises. Brilliant result

THEY ARE SCAMMERS PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They asked me to pay a fee of £2450 to recover my money to an unpaid costumer in 2019. And said they will recover the money within 6 weeks, 1st few weeks they was answering and replaying but after that they don’t answer the fone, if they answer when I mention my name they says they can’t hear me they become deaf!! Now I’m gonna have to take legal action against them!!
SO PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM if any body need more information just ask in review I have everything recorded against them

A random call from Vanguard was just what I needed.
After chasing a big insurance company for 6 months for unpaid invoices I'd finally had enough of being pushed from one person to another and getting no where.
Vanguard agreed to take my case on and was able to get my invoices paid within 2 days.
I had never thought to use a debt recovery agent up until this time, but would highly recommend that if you need someone to help then these are the guys to go to.

This company took £760 off me promising they could recoup over £3.6k from a company that owed me. They never returned my calls and never returned my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Wouldnt recommend this Debt Company at all....
We were assured that a debt in another Country could be recovered due to Vanguards
professional contacts and relationships with agents there.
Once the agreement between us was signed and they received the payment from us for court fees, no one from this Company was available to take our calls. 24/7 answer machine.
If we did get a call back, which was very hit and miss, we received very poor and unprofessional responses when we requested a progress update. They could not provide us with any evidence or proof that they made a court application nor could they provide a receipt that any payment was made to the court. We never heard from them after a few weeks of initial discussions and wasted months living in hope that they would do as they promised.
We contacted them because we had been scammed and sought their help to recover money owed to us, instead they scammed us of almost a thousand pounds putting us in further debt and distress.
Hope by posting our experience we can help someone else to avoid losing their money and time.

we had a customer not paying our invoices after many attempts to recover ourselves but with no success over many months , and refusing communication , there was no quibble of the invoices , as the orders and totals where correct, but they just did not want to pay, we handed the case to vanguard, within a week the first invoice was paid and a month later the final one was paid , so very impressed with the service and communication from vanguard, and will use them again if required ,

I instructed Vanguard partners to recover a debut owing to me , sam henderson was my contact he did everything he said he would the debut was recovered took a while to pay back to us due to covid , so we contacted ian lewis head of compliance .
He was shocked by this as we should have been paid sooner but in fairness he got the matter sorted , he was a man of his word all in all happy , will use them again in the future Simon Santucci Decorators

They Got my money back within a week once I had took the company to court and won for a minor sum of 3 k all good on there part and got the job done many thanks
