The Easter cake was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend!

This was our second time of relying on Baskets Vancouver to deliver a present from their selection to close relatives. Again, ordering, completion and tracking was simple and straightforward. Communications from Baskets Vancouver were informative and reassuring. And, above all, our relatives were happy with the presents and so are we with the reliable service.

As always, you got it to the recipient on time, despite the doorbell was broken.

I ordered it by 11:00 a.m. and it arrived at the destination at 3:00 p.m. I've never seen something happen so quickly before. And it was well arranged, everything was exactly as you should be. 10/10

Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I paid for an order using my Wise debit card and went through the standard 2FA verification. The order was confirmed and payment processed but I subsequently received emails saying an automatic sercurity alert was triggered and they refunded the order. They then requested repayment - ironically via Wise - but I was not able to do this in time for my brother's birthday (the occasion for which I purchased the gift). I asked their customer service if they would fulfil the order anyway pending clearance of the payment on Monday and that was refused. Completely dysfunctional system and unhelpful customer service.

The online process was very easy, and we were updated through preparation and delivery process. My son sent me a photo, and it looked great.
Will use you again.

I was looking for something to send my daughter for her birthday. It was time sensitive. I came across Vancouverbaskets and it was perfect. A small cake and it could be delivered the same day. Everything was great and she called to tell me how surprised she was and how much she appreciated it.
