Poor customer service is the new norm.

You know there are two stages to leasing a car, the initial process of getting the quote, price and ordering the car.
You will find that the majority of reviews are based on this part of the process.
When something then goes wrong as in the car does not get delivered on two consecutive days after me taking time off work specifically.
People that stating times they arrived that are utter fabrication as I have CCTV to prove differently. False signatures on delivery notes?
The lack of communication from Vanarama is defening.
There are several other ongoing issues which Vanarama are saying is not their problem now.
Case has now been referred to BVLRA.

Good morning David, we appreciate your feedback , however we have replied in full and the issues you raised remain with the dealer as per our reply. Your charging issues will be with the manufacturer or your energy supplier. as a leasing broker we can't be held responsible for issues such as these.

Highly Recommend Vanarama

We’ve just taken delivery of our third vehicle with Vanarama, and as always, the service has been excellent. Godfrey was fantastic... professional, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout the process. He made everything smooth and straightforward.
