Very disappointed as company markets itself as direct funder of refi for MCA accounts. However, I found them to be attorneys posing as lenders offering to work out settlement options with client. In short, a broker with a law degree and lenders. A submission package prepared for no reason

We appreciate all feedback, though we must respectfully correct several material inaccuracies in this review.
Value Capital Funding does not market itself as a direct lender. Our website, all marketing materials, and every client-facing communication clearly identify us as a commercial finance advisory and debt relief firm working with attorney-led restructuring teams and FDIC-insured banking partners — never as a direct funding source. We are also not attorneys, and at no point did anyone on our team represent themselves as such.
To address you directly: you did not send in a submission package. You sent an email inquiring about our services with a brief description of your client's situation. Rather than ask you to go through the effort of a full submission, we called you as a courtesy to better understand the details so we could determine the most effective way to help.
What came to light on that call was that your client had 10 active MCA positions totaling approximately $2 million in debt and had not made a payment since January. Yet the goal was to secure new capital to pay off that entire balance in full. We take pride in what we do, but no responsible funder — anywhere — would extend unsecured capital under those circumstances, and we were straightforward with you about exactly why.
We recommended MCA debt restructuring as the most viable path forward given the situation. You thanked us for our time and indicated you would continue pursuing funding elsewhere. That was entirely your prerogative.
That call was a professional courtesy so you wouldn't waste time preparing a submission we already knew could not be approved. Our consulting is something we take seriously. Our assessments may not always be what a client or partner wants to hear, but they are always honest and always aimed at identifying the best and most realistic solution for their specific situation.

Great service and response times
Incredibly responsive.......I emailed on a Holiday never expecting a response and exchanged 3-4 emails. The very next day they were back to me in the morning and the client I brought to them is already advancing along the process all within 2-days.

My experience with this company was terrible...they promised the world, then when it came to contract time...the contract was completely lopsided and really guaranteed nothing...albeit, no guarantees in business...but these guys put ZERO skin in the game. Even if they failed, we would still have to pay them and effectively be in 30% more debt than when we started...

Best decision for the business!
After doing a ton of research that led me to Barry at Value, I decided this was the move to make. Barry was very knowledgable and put all my questions and concerns to bed. This was a matter of life and death for our rapidly growing business. I could not be more pleased with my Decision to enlist Value Cap Funding to assist with Debt.
