Very diligent customer service
I talked with Maira who was very helpful, I had some issues with the account already having the agents selected on multiple accounts and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It took some time, but everything got resolved in a reasonable fashion given the circumstances.

2nd time placing an order w/ issue
2nd time placing an order. There was an issue with my order, said payment failed but it was shown on my bank statement. Contacted customer service and Sophia got it settled away within minutes and delivered my order via email. Highly recommend.
