Poor quality ,requested a refund and return details now 3 times. No reply at all. The pendant cost over £21.00 and has a piece of blue plastic as a " Sea Wave " absolutely terrible. Looks like n amusement arcade item for a £1.00 go. Please respond, And Buyer Beware..
BEWARE! the name includes London (which is deceiving) but their items are shipped from China. Purchased a jewellery set on the 09.12.25 for my wife for our anniversary which was in 2 weeks, on the 10.12 the tracking showed 'On its way'. Emailed them on 17.12 to inquire about my item only to be copied pasted their delivery terms, that in peak seasons it could take 28 days! Not having received it in time for our anniversary, I thought I could gift it to my wife for Christmas instead, emailed them on 24.12 asking them to cancel my order, received a reply on 25.12 stating 'due to unexpected production difficulties, the item is now being prepared to be dispatched! So the tracking that initially said 'On its way' was just fake! They even had the cheek to ask me to reconsider my decision to cancel after I receive my item, which meant I would have to pay for posting it back to China after receiving it and if I still wanted to return it. I firmly asked them cancel my order in my next email. Refund was initiated on 26.12. Stay well clear of them! Would have given them 0 stars if it was possible.
