Quick product shipment. However, very poor customer service. The product arrived defective. I never received any reply to my inquiries (email & phone) and request for product replacement.

Update: After posting my original review, I was contacted by Vacuum Cleaner Market. They a-apologized for the delay and promptly shipped the replacement part. As a result, I have improved my customer rating.

I purchased bags and a filter for my 14 year old Simplicity vacuum. The customer service is wonderful. I received my order in a week. I had to do an exchange on the filter due to an error on my part. I received the new filter within a week of my shipping back the first one. E-mails were responded to in a
timely manner.

Vacuum Cleaner market keeps track of when I need to order more bags for my vacuum and with free shipping plus fast service there is not anything I can add to the service they provide.

I sent customer service an email to tell them that I couldn’t use my 10% coupon code and that I wanted this to be rectified, but as of this posting, I haven’t heard anything back from them as of yet. It’s a $6.49 deduction

The sales representative was successful at helping me find a vacuum within my budget that met my needs.
