I bought 4 sets for my grandsons

I bought 4 sets for my grandsons as a Christmaspresent & they all love the products to the point of not having to be told to wash their hair constantly.
They all love the massaging brush that came with the products.
I will be purchasing more when needed.

Notable difference in my son’s natural…

Notable difference in my son’s natural odor including his bedroom. I used to dread going into it but now it’s completely changed. Have to admit I was a bit skeptical but really made a difference. Great product

Excellent !

The products are really what they say they are ! My teenager loves them . The shampoo is amazing , smells great too!Dandruff is gone and no more acne. I would highly recommend.
There was a roughly 3 week delay with the delivery. Hope the next order will be delivered much faster.

Great Product

Purchased the deodorant for my son, and it smells amazing. Really like that it comes in a solid consistency, as opposed to a liquid/cream roll-on, as it is less messy and doesn't get on his clothes. The only downside to my order is that it took a really long time to arrive...but I guess that happens when ordering a popular product.

Initial order took forever, difficult to navigate and cancel subscription

Initial order took forever to arrive. I ordered pre Xmas and had to follow up to check that my order was even processed. Difficult and confusing website and unclear whether you have subscribed or purchased singularly. Difficult to cancel subscription and emails sent at 0300 in the morning. The products are fine - once you receive them but lack of transparency and difficult to navigate site and no communication regarding delayed delivery. I am underwhelmed and wish to cancel my subscription that I was unaware I had been signed up for - UGHHH!

I’m really sorry reading this. Ordering before Christmas and then having to chase us just to confirm it was processed would have been incredibly frustrating. You shouldn’t have been left in the dark like that.

I also understand how confusing it can feel if it wasn’t clear whether you were making a one off purchase or starting a subscription. That lack of clarity and the difficulty cancelling is on us. The early morning emails are automated system sends, but I completely appreciate how impersonal and irritating that can feel.

Your subscription has now been cancelled and no further charges will be processed.

While I’m glad the products themselves were fine once they arrived, the overall experience clearly fell short and that’s something we need to improve. Thank you for being honest about it.

Manly.. but gentle enough for younger men too!

My son is only 11 but I am happy to have him begin a simple, no fuss routine of body wash, hair care and deodorant.

The scent is… well, manly! Without being too strong. It’s also important to me that the deodorant has no aluminium in it.

Truly appalling customer service.

Truly appalling customer service.
I ordered the “acne pack” for my son weeks before Christmas. A package finally arrived mid January, and only included some random samples, not the pack that I had actually paid for. The company is insisting that I ordered the samples despite the invoice that I have. I have now reported them to consumer affairs as they have not provided the product I paid for.

I’m genuinely sorry reading this. Ordering well before Christmas and then receiving the wrong items in mid January would be incredibly frustrating, especially when you have confirmation of what you purchased and it doesn’t match what arrived. I completely understand why you’re upset.

If you ordered the acne pack and instead received samples, that is not acceptable. We need to properly review your order confirmation and resolve this without any further run around. If we’ve made a mistake, we will fix it straight away, whether that means sending the correct pack urgently or issuing a full refund.

I’m also sorry this has escalated to the point of reporting us to consumer affairs. That tells me we haven’t handled this well enough so far, and that’s on us.

Please send through your order number so I can personally look into it and make sure this is sorted properly and quickly.

The product is great but I want to cancel my subscription and I would like a refund as money was taken out of my PayPal and order has not been delivered yet. There is no contact number on your website and there is no way of cancelling my subscription on your website and your customer service is ordinary or lacks contact with the customer.

Perfect product for our 11 year old.

These products have been great for our 11-year-old son. They last really well, so we needed to extend the time between subscriptions, and Manly responded quickly and adjusted it straight away. Amazing customer service. Bonus that he’s stopped using my expensive products and loves having his own! Smells great too!
