SCAM ALERT!

Writing this review on behalf of my mother. She ordered a bundle for Christmas, product arrived promptly and in good condition. To her surprise her card was charged again the next month for a subscription that she certainly did not sign up for. After constant back and forth with an automated response system that is providing her with zero information, she has now paid 3 months for a subscription she never signed up for. The website is impossible to navigate with 80% of the links, FAQ's etc. Just turn up completely blank. She is now having to take further action and contact her bank just to stop the transactions. Incredibly disappointing regardless if you're a small Aussie business or not its a disgrace to sign people up automatically to a subscription service without their knowledge and make it absolutely impossible to cancel. Shame

I’m really sorry to read this. I completely understand how frustrating and upsetting this would be, especially when your mum didn’t believe she had signed up for a subscription and then continued to be charged. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.

Being unable to navigate the website or get clear answers only adds to that frustration, and I’m sorry she felt stuck and had to consider contacting her bank. That’s something we take seriously.

We are not in the business of signing people up without their knowledge, but if something has gone wrong here, we want to investigate it properly and fix it. Please reach out to us directly with her order details so we can review the charges, stop anything ongoing, and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.

Damaged product, no response

Update: I responded to the customer service email, and never got a response back. However, I did receive a replacement shampoo on 3/20. It was a surprise since I never received communication, and happy to get a replacement bottle. I updated to 3 stars, instead of 1. If Manly works on better customer service/communication, they will be great. The products are really nice and my son loves them.

I ordered the hygiene kit for my son. It includes Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Deodorant and a free gift. The products are nice. My son likes them. However, the shampoo bottle arrived damaged. The flip lid on the Shampoo bottle was broken off and product had leaked into the box. I've emailed customer service twice and sent pictures. I haven't received a response (it's been 3 weeks). It's disappointing that they haven't responded. I would have expected a response with some sort of customer recovery effort. The products are nice, and I'd be willing to order again, if they ever respond. There are too many products to choose from to have poor customer service, especially when the product arrives damaged.

The product smells lovely and is great…

The product smells lovely and is great for younger boys, however my 15 year old is finding it no longer works as well as it used to.
I probably would have continued buying it for my younger son, however the order process is painful. Items either take a very long time to arrive, subscriptions cannot be managed through the website, and a few times when our order finally arrived, it was incomplete or incorrect.

I’m genuinely sorry about the issues you experienced with the ordering process. Waiting a long time for deliveries is frustrating enough, but having orders arrive incomplete or with the wrong items is even more disappointing. When you’re expecting a full order and open the parcel to find items missing or incorrect, that’s understandably frustrating and it’s not the experience we want anyone to have.

If you could please send us an email with your order details, we’d really appreciate the chance to review what happened with those incomplete or incorrect orders so we can look into it properly and make it right.

Still waiting…

I placed an international order on January 24 and immediately received an email confirming order and payment with promise of a email containing shipping information to follow. I understand that international shipping can sometimes take longer so I was prepared to be patient. However after a full month of silence, I send an email inquiring on the expected fulfillment details. Customer service replied that the order would be escalated and that I would receive an email with details as soon as possible. That was the last I heard from them, it is now March 7th. This was meant to be a subscription, clearly that isn't a realistic expectation. Very disappointing experience.

I bought two sets for our two pre teen…

I bought two sets for our two pre teen boys. They love it and it’s setting them up for good habits as they get older. They smell nice and enjoy using all of the products.
I love that I have set it to arrive every few months and they were excited to get their 2nd package delivered.

Great product that actually works.
Wish they did larger bottle and or refill options. The body wash/shampoo etc bottles are small and seems wasteful just discarding it.
Life wouldn’t be the same without these products though.

Amazing products and customer service

My son who has autism and is very particular about textures and smells absolutely loves your products. I’ve tried countless different products and manly are the only products he will use.
I am also very impressed with the customer service. I had unknowingly subscribed and received a package I did not expect because we have another whole box of products. When I reached out they were so understanding and helpful. They emailed me a shipping tag for me to send it back for a full refund. Not many companies would do that. I an ever so grateful for their support and understanding.
We will definitely be ordering more products once my son runs out.
So thank you for very much. I highly recommend Manly products.

No Online Link for Cancellation of Subscription

My wife accidentally bought a subscription instead of a single order of a pack to give to our grandson for his birthday. We were surprised to receive notice the next month that a second order was on the way. I immediately went to the website to cancel the subscription, only to find NO LINK to be able to do that, even though their help and FAQs say that you can (using different and conflicting instructions). I have contacted their support personnel, who are responsive, but as yet have received no confirmation of the cancellation. FIX YOUR WEBSITE! It shouldn't be this hard to manage my orders!

Mum uses it and loves it too!

This product is wonderful for my 13 and 14 year old boys although I would like to purchase the wipes by themselves or even have the option of picking a second packet of wipes with order as they stay at mates house and don't like taking an entire kit with them.

We love the product

We love the product, my 10 year old son uses it all the time and is encouraged to shower because if it. He has a caddy it keeps it in his room, taking it back and forth so no one uses his (his 13 year old brother also has his own). We have noticed less teenage smell in the house since they have been using it. I just can't work out how to stop my subscription, not because we dont want it owlr are stopping using it, but we have enough for now.
