I was given a prompt quotation from my initial enquiry and had great customer service from Richard throughout the order process.
I even changed my order due to the immense interest Richard showed in providing the best artwork and colouring possible to suit our company branding. Very few companies will go beyond the order to provide the best for the customer and I think Richard and USB trader have done this. The products were excellent quality(USB sticks and Power Banks) and were priced very competitively. I have no doubt in saying I will work with this company again in the future.

The experience with USB trader was great from start to finish with a competitive price, excellent customer service from Richard who was professional and friendly and kept in touch with updates throughout the whole process and finally the product itself (engraved wooden twister) which is of much better quality than previous USB's we have had and exactly what we were looking for.
