FRAUD! I bought a card that was never activated! You can‘t reach anyone. NEVER buy there!!!!!!

Worked great right when I landed. Needed the SIM card to get an Uber and worked perfectly

Terrible!! FAKE!!
DO NO BUY HERE! It's all fake. No customer service or what so ever. I paid extra to get it delivered asap, but it came in 10 days later after all it doesn't work at all.

No issues; SIM card was activated the next day after registering it - no support needed, so can't say anything about that

Their customer service is terrible. I had a simple question and they didn't respond to emails, chats, or phone calls. I will never purchase anything from them again.

What a scam! No support whatsoever!

Why is everyone here 1 time reviewers? Their H2O SIM card worked great right when I landed In Las Vegas

Poor description on ebay as in not properly readable on a smart phone and barely on a laptop.

This was followed by a very clear description when shipped.

I had attitude when I requested to return the SIM which couldn't be used to connect to AT&T in the UK as needed and as predicted the seller said he didn't receive it when I sent it back. Refund refused.

Avoid at all costs.

That so called company is a FRAUD!!! I placed the order, paying 3 time more for the shipment to have it express overnight delivery.
I was amazed to find out it shipped with regular USPS mail 3 days later.
From the moment I found out I try writing mails to their customer support and call them and found out that company has NO customer service (never got reply to over 10 emails I sent them) and their phone lines never occupied and dozens of voice messages I left just being ignored.
The sim cards just arrived this week, over one month since I placed the order with express over night delivery (!!!) and till today, still no word or no answer from that company mails and support.
Only when I try to dispute my transaction through PayPal I was so amazed how fast they answered PayPal and refuse to accept the claim, saying it was delivered already.
STAY AWAY from that company - they are fraud with no support and no customer care at all.
BE CAREFUL!!!!!!

J'ai acheté deux cartes prépayées AT&T avec 60 $ de crédit (à un an d'intervalle). Activation en ligne hyper simple, le mail avec le numéro d'appel de la carte sim arrive le premier jour d'utilisation de la carte SIM. Le crédit se trouve bien sur la carte. Achat sans problème.

Don't use this company, they rip you off . I purchased 2 international sims and ended up paying twice because they didn't activate the credit on them. Terrible or none existent customer service, save your money and go else where, tried for days to get them to fix the problem with no luck.

Carte commandée et reçue dans les temps.
Depuis, je cherche à les joindre afin d'avoir le code a utiliser pour activer la carte. J'ai envoyé 5 mails et ne répondent jamais.
Je crains le pire lors de mon arrivée aux usa car je n'ai pas ce fameux code.
50 euros de jeté par la fenêtre. Ne faites pas comme moi. N'achetez rien chez eux
