I recently acquired three new Bona mop pet systems from PetSmart. However, upon attempting to refill the water empty container with bona liquid , discovered the bottle lid became stuck in the bottom of the unit, and the grey button failed to release it making the unit unusable without the bottle lid being disengaged by the cheap plastic grey button on the unit itself .. I have found that this is a known issue with these mops, and the only solution is to disassemble the unit and pull the plug out or use the edge of a case knife to pop out the lid by pressing upon the left corner of the stuck lid in the base. I am only on the second refill of both mops. The lid of the first mop was able to be disengaged and flew across the room. However, the second time, on the second mop unit, the lid went into my eyes, bringing with it splatter from the base of my mop unit, and I had to rinse my eyes out. This unit is hazardous and defective. I will not continue to use it, and I have requested that PetSmart discontinue this product until the manufacturer improves the release button that is supposed to disengage the bottle lid.
