Whatever you do, don't buy anything from the urbansupplyinc.com site. I purchased a range hood and they took the money but never sent it to me. They don't answer their phone at all, but after I filed the dispute with my credit card company they texted me and said they were sending a refund. But of course they never did. I believe they are a completely fake store simply keeping the charges made. Do yourself a favor and avoid it.

They sold me a fake hydroflask (I own several purchased from the official website and noticed the difference in appearance immediately). I gave them pictures to verify and they claimed not to have known which means they either have no quality assurance on their own inventory or they knew the whole time.

After exchanging emails they wanted me to return the item and pay for shipping, meaning I end up with nothing and waste my own money for their mistake, really? Further research reveals these fake hydro flasks are potentially toxic due to the paint used to coat the outer body and I’m almost certain they didn’t notify anyone they sold this batch to.

They didn’t do anything to make this situation right for anyone who bought these bottles and instead brushed it off. If you are wondering how they can afford to sell you items and bundles at such a good price, make sure you are not receiving a replica or counterfeit from these guys. I do not recommend them at all, the way they handled this speaks volumes about their business practices. I had to go through my bank to avoid wasting any further time on these guys.
