Terrible management
I was a resident last year, where the manager Rick Thompson, was excellent- highly efficient and an absolute gem of a person.
However, I tried to restart my tenancy this year, and the new manager, Pavlina Valachova is an absolute disappointment. She was highly unprofessional, would not respond to any communication or offer any clarity about my tenancy. I had to go down to the property in person to speak with her, and she was extremely rude and refused to take accountability- even walking away mid-sentence. I always praised The Print House when Mr. Thompson was the manager but the experience I had with his successor Miss Valachova, has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone amymore- not until the management changes.
