Not giving my money back, poor communication
I returned a defective mobility scooter. Since it was delivered to them, I've been waiting for 5 weeks to get my money back. I messaged them on 12 different days; often they don't reply, if they do it's in Spanish and often not answering all questions. I got an email 2 weeks ago saying they were processing the refund, I still haven't received the money.
Also, returning it took very long, because I had to send them messages on 6 separate days alarming them that it had not been picked up on the day it should have been and that they needed to do something.
Also, they accused me of fraud: thought I had bought the mobility scooter with the intention of sending it back so I could collect disability money from the government.
