While the garage door is excellent, the level of service and workmanship was less than ideal.
The team that installed a weather strip to prevent rainwater ingress were very pleasant but their attention to detail was awful. The strip was left with a huge curve at the end when it should have been straight. It looked terrible.
I managed to rectify this after they had left, saving them the expense of sending a team to refit the strip. I was offered an insulting £12 discount on a £2700 job for their shoddy workmanship.

I ordered a side door for my garage, with the help from your staff in Bristol.
The door was fitted today by Ash and Jake. A very friendly pair of men, the standard of workmanship was first class, I am so pleased that at every stage of the job was completed properly, all debris cleared and area was left clean and tidy. Well done lads!!!!!!!

I had a garage door installed by Up and over doors a few years ago. I was very pleased with it and the finish. It had matching golden oak cladding on the frame which finished the whole thing perfectly.
I needed new doors for 2 more garages and asked the company to make them the same as my existing door. It was explained to me that they might be slightly different as they no longer used the same supplier but they would be almost the same. What I was not warned that the frame. seen from outside, would be cheap looking orangey brown plastic, not the golden oak of my previous door. When I complained I was told they could be cladded for over £200 extra. If I had been told that with the quotation I probably would have used a different company.
I would say that the doors work perfectly and the installation was well done.

Excellent service from start to finish, from the initial survey to installation I cannot fault this company & I will recommend to anyone.
