Honestly I never did receive my unlock code. I'd like my money back as well. I even sent them to this page in facebook messenger and was immediately blocked :/

Not very professional! And for 25 dollars to be scammed from me is a little bit of an upset. :/

Overall experience - Very bad.

Sent my order to unlock an HTC One M7 and heard nothing for a number of days. I sent email, and I heard nothing either. It was not until I escalated the issue with PayPal that I got a response.

The first response from the seller informed me that they were not aware of my order or that it had been lost. Completely unacceptable. A few emails they eventually delivered.

While I got the end result I desired (with some effort!), it did mean that I wasn't able to unlock my mobile before venturing abroad on holiday. This was the whole reason for wanting to unlock my mobile.

I would NOT recommend this website's services.

UnlockNinja is a company that does not deliver what it promises!

UnlockNinja promises on his website that they can get an unlock code for all the listed devices! My device was a Huawei E5577C, for this I had to pay 26 US $ for a unlock code! After a week of waiting, I asked again, the answer was that I have to pay for this device a further 19US $, so they can get me the code! After 25 days, I asked for my money back, since UnlockNinja has not delivered!
Then was promised by Unlock Ninja, if they do not deliver the code until 02.06.17, I get the 45 US $ back! However, I got only on 05.06.17 the "supposed" decryption code, but the code I could not enter, since my device did not allow this! Now I should contact the telephone company of my device, so that allow me to enter the code then! This is the worst joke in a long time!

Unfortunately, I have only now read all the bad reviews of UnlockNinja! I can only advise anyone to no trust this company !!!
In this case, I asked PayPal for help that UnlockNinja gives me my money back, which ultimately also succeeded, thanks PayPal!

I do not understand why PayPal, offer such companies further their payment system , this means also in many cases trobble for PayPal!!!

I unlocked iphone 6 with Verizon and it worked like a charm. Support answered in around 4-5 hours which is fine since it wasn't anything very critical.

7 days of trying to get my (paid for) code - gave up and went elsewhere. Do not use these people.
Update: after the 8th day (and bombarding them with emails for a refund) they have initiated a refund, and apologized for not being able unlock but they could possibly do it if I used their premium tools at extra cost!!! It's only a ZTE z850 nothing special! I'm sure you can imagine my reply. Went elsewhere and got it done in 3 hours

Slow to respond to emails, unhelpful and ultimately didn't provide service requested. Received a refund via PayPal and went elsewhere. Avoid!

I purchased an unlock code for my Huawei Ascend P7 on Feb 06, 2017.
Today March 27. 2017, and no word from them.

I sent emails, messages on their client webpage but they have not even replied.

It's about three day now I paid for the unlock code, No update, no contacts and worse of all is that NO CODE to unlock my phone. I have requested for refund. This terrible!!!!.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!! I paid $80 THREE weeks ago to get my iPhone 6 unlocked, have not heard a single thing yet! Absolutely ridiculous!! I wish I read the reviews before I used them! Don't make the same mistake I did!

They never answer several e-mail that I sent, because they promese to unlock my iphone and they didn't, and sent me a code but they said by itselft we don't need code, no need a code only for remote

Never received any unlocking code and I order it more than a month ago. I will ask for a refund and see if I get lucky on this one. no one contacted me also. After seeing so many one star reviews I wonder the veracity of the five star reviews. .

Had the code in less than un hour and worked perfectly

I should have known something was up when I got the code from them and the code included what they said may be spaces in between the numbers or may not. I'm ANGRY about the $5 they stole from me but what makes it worse is that they got me to waste five attempts to unlock it and you only have ten total before the device is no longer unlockable. That is why even if PayPal doesn't help me I'll continue to fight this and put negative review after negative review because they are so evil that stealing my money wasn't enough they were trying to make me ruin a 180$ phone as well. It wasn't even necessary to do that to rip me off. That's some lowlife dirt bag scum type of action to do on someone who is just trying to give them some business. STRAIGHT SCAM DO NOT ORDER OR BUY FROM THIS MAN OR COMPANY

I am very unhappy with Unlockninja. I purchased the unlock service for my iPhone almost two months ago and it remains locked. I contacted them just after I received the confirmation email and failed to unlock my phone as per their instructions. They responded by sending me the unlock instructions. I guess they missed the part where I said I had followed their instructions. I opened a case on PayPal and again all I received from them was the same instructions. My PayPal case was closed automatically without a resolution and now I am left to send multiple emails to which I receive no response. I guess no response is better than receiving those instructions again ...

I guess this was a scam.

Do not use this site. They are not helpful they told me I picked the wrong contract(whatever) they wanted me to pay again and re do it. But I knew it was just a scam. No refund even though the man said i would receive it nobody answers the calls. I am calling PayPal and hopefully this site gets shut down very soon I will see to it that it does

My mobile is not not supported by the unlock tool.
