Universal Traveller Recensioni

Nothings ever a problem always accomodating.

Can't complain we received information timeously and even though we changed our minds several times the guys helped us out no complaints. The one hiccup was sorted out immediately with professionalism and empathy - Thanks Blake and Paul :-)

Jen is amazziiiiing at finding the best prices, most convenient options and answering our million and one questions. #PayRiseForJen

Jordan is quite knowledgeable about the destination that we plan and was a big help.

Elly is awesome - she is professional and prompt and personable- I keep coming back because of Elly ! Also - when things go bad ( silly Jetstar) she stays late and supports as necessary to ensure good customer service. Elly is excellent !

Amazing we have been using universal traveller since it was student flights about 7 years now the team in Tasmania were amazing but sadly the store closed so we started using Knox Melbourne fantastic they go the extra mile to help and in stressful situations eg. someone sleeping through their departure they made it easy they took the stress so I didn’t have to keep up the great work

Great customer service. He was funny, entertaining & researched all the flights until we found the best option.

Our consultant was Ketch
He wad very professional and gave us some very good advice on airfares. Ketch understood our requirements and took it to hear to find the best airfare.
Also in consideration of the current outbreak of covid-19 , Ketch did a lot of work for us to ensure we had the best fare and within our budget.
Well done Ketch

both travel agents that I dealt with were fantastic, and quickly helped with every question and need i had. I highly recommend using them.

Ez was very helpful and went the extra mile.

Had the best experience with UTrav, they were super helpful and always willing to help me out with anything and answered all my questions. 100% recommend

I always go threw Danielle as she is a long time family friend and always helps me get the right flight and explains everything that I need to know! Nothing is ever a worry with her She is just the best

Mick has helped my partner and I immensely in booking our trip to Europe. As it is our first trip overseas together we were both initially feeling quite anxious and lost, however, Mick quickly turned the planning process into an absolute joy! Mick got us an excellent price on flights that no other travel agent has been able to match and has also pointed us in the right direction for some great affordable accomodation. Mick has been so helpful in answering all of our questions and has put my mind at ease with our upcoming travel plans. As we are young, it is great that we have been able to find a travel agent that we trust, who also has heaps of firsthand travel experience. We will definitely be back!

Helped me with insurance and managed to change my flight for exactly the right time I was looking for. Super helpful! :)

The girls at Universal Travel are very friendly and helpful especially Jasmine who is the one we dealt with.

The staff was amazing and the best customer service i have ever had
