As we entered the shop the salesperson was brilliant at directing us to exactly what we had come into to find. It was exactly the price we wanted to pay for a quality mattress. Very helpful in getting the product to the car. Brilliant experience in a shop we will definitely visit again.

Shop and staff recommend, not the fitters
The staff in the shop were great and really helpful. The vinyl flooring we bought was a great price. The fitting of the vinyl wasn’t the best overall, the cutting around the pipes was messy, and they didn’t silicone in between the floor and the wall which is what I’ve previously experienced where cladding is involved. I’d 100% get flooring from here but I probably won’t use the fitters

I'm a repeat customer because of the first time arounds service and price. This being the second order I wasn't let down either. I'll be going back to finish the full house out in the same carpet for continuity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent Service
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent choice of carpets in the store and I found exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. The staff organised fitting and the carpet was perfectly laid, as arranged. An all round excellent service and I will definitely use United Carpets in the future.

Service was brilliant
Service was brilliant. Had to change dates for fitting and it was no problem at all. Great advice, brilliant measuring from floor plans only and the lads who fitted the carpet were great and super quick!

Well my understanding was buy any carpet with underlay and get free fitting cool free fitting nope still have to pay the carpet fitter £220 rip off and I had a blue light card and he didn't add it on for my discount

Great service and fast delivery…..
Great service and fast delivery from United Carpets and Beds. The delivery guys were great nothing was too much trouble. The store in Portrack, Stockton is in an area which seems to be overlooked by many shoppers to the area, give it a visit you won’t be disappointed if our experience is anything to go by.

Was looking for a carpet for a small bedroom. Very helpful in store and able to arrange fitting very quickly. Good price and fitter was prompt and did great job. Room looks great. Definitely use them again.

Amazing Service
From ordering our new wooden floor, it only took about 5days for it to be available, however we weren’t quite ready for it to be laid as the decorating wasn’t finished, so the store said they would just keep hold of it for as long as we needed them to and we just rang them when we were ready for it to be laid. The fitters did an exceptional job and our new floor looks amazing!
Very pleased and we will definitely be purchasing any more flooring from United Carpets.

A range of options were explored in store which were on budget and requirements. The sales person pulled carpets out and underlay so we could see what they were like to walk on which clarified exactly what we wanted.

No hard sell needed
I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now, simply due to the experience I had at your Stockton on tees branch.
Instantly as we entered -the sales man noticed us and welcomed us, showed us the beds which met our criteria and left us to the rest. There was no hard sell, no deviation from what we ‘might want or need’
On completion of the sale the following day again, extremely pleasant and accommodating to all our logistical needs.
Rich is a credit to the team and I will certainly be a return customer!!
