Arranged to measure up within a couple of days, friendly when arrived. Staff in store really helpful. Fitting organised to suit my work days. Fitters punctual, tidy and did a great job. Would recommend and use again

Best customer service I have received in a long time very personable and informed staff, made the children feel welcome and kept to their agreements.

Vinyl to bathroom not fitting very well to doorway area, Measured up landing and stairs for new carpet, were to call me next day with price and date to fit carpet I had already picked when in the showroom.

Lovely couple who manage the Stechford Branch of United Carpets
Lovely couple who manage the Stechford branch, polite friendly nothing is too much trouble.
Have been going to them for years for my carpets and always get excellent service. The lady has so much knowledge about carpets and can work out measurements and all the bits that you will need in a flash. Prices are always good too

Great service in the shop, Cecilia is a star, only problem I had was with one of the fitters which the shop is aware of and dealing with, I always recommend the shop with family and friends one has already purchased and another going for a quote thank you

Great team at United Carpets and beds Stechford. From start to finish, Celia has excellent customer service skills. She advised and worked out the costings. Pete, the carpet fitter did a brilliant job on concrete stairs. Very skilled and experienced in what he does. Excellent finish. I would recommend this team to my family and friends.

Fantastic company
Looking for a new bedroom carpet a friend told me about United Carpets & Bed . Not to far away so we went over not had carpet for meny years as we've had hardwood flooring and tiles. So it was nice to see plenty of choice and great quality the staff pointed use in the right direction and let us get on with it. We chose a beautiful dark grey carpet and was advised on a good underlay free fitting included if you purchase underlay no brainer really we arrange for fitting around 4 weeks later we got a discount due to working for NHS . we were kept upto date with the fitting. Fitter was very professional and polite I had already cleaned the room for him . Just under an hour he was done absolutely fantastic perfect and looks stunning with a lovely feel when walking over it great quality price and service. Big thank you

Excellent service, the help and advice given in store was great. The fitter was brilliant, very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommended the Stechford store. Thanks to all the staff there for your help, it was much appreciated. We are really happy with our carpets.

We received a lot of help and advice with choosing the right carpet and were able to take samples home to choose the best colour/match.
The carpet fitting was of a very high standard.
