Great service yet again!!
Once again we returned to United Carpets after previously being very happy with the service we received on carpeting for several other rooms and, again, we were not disappointed.
From a great selection of wood flooring products we were able to choose a lovely warm wood finishing for our kitchen/dining room and when we had to delay the fitting due to an overrunning kitchen installation, this was no problem for Norman.
When we were ready for the flooring it was quickly organised and installed by very friendly and extremely helpful fitters who found nothing too much trouble - the finish was brilliant.
I can only give the highest recommendation to all involved from order to installation, and I know where to go when I need more flooring!!

My first time using this company.
I bought 3 carpets from the southport branch. Had them fitted today. Very happy indeed. The whole process was extremely easy. Starting with the online carpet selection. Being able to view the carpets in youre actual rooms by photograph upload was really stress free. When I finally chose my carpet and colour I called the shop snd spoke to Chris the manager and he actually ended up selling me a better carpet at the same price ( surplus stock)
He even went out of his way on his day off to message me with pictures etc. Nothing was too much ..all of the staff from measuring. Shop assistants and fitters are extremely friendly and professional... 100% recommend them.
Even in 30% heat the fitters done a great fast job. Thanks to you all Dave.

Top Notch Service and Quality at United Carpets and Beds
I recently had the pleasure of visiting united carpets and beds and I can't recommend them highly enough. I was greeted by Norman, whose friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the various carpet and Lino options with a wealth of knowledge about each product.
The entire staff displayed a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service, ensuring that I felt confident in my choices. They took the time to answer all my questions and offered insightful recommendations tailored to my needs.
The fitting team were punctual, professional, and demonstrated great attention to detail during the installation process. It was clear that they take pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves.
Additionally, I found the pricing to be very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the carpets, Lino and the service provided.
Overall, my experience at United Carpets and Beds was exceptional. If you’re in the market for new carpets, I highly recommend visiting this shop. You won’t be disappointed.

We've used United Carpets Southport 5/ 6 times now and always found them to be really helpful/ friendly/ honest when choosing carpets.
Especially Norman and Chris.
We recently had carpets fitted in HSL and lounge by Michael and Ben who were absolutely brilliant.
So respectful and bagged all the leftover carpet/ underlay
We asked if we could have them back to fit bedroom carpet and was overwhelmed to find they had gone above and beyond and put our bed and mattress back in the room for us..
Will be back when need more carpet.

Great communication, lovely carpet, competitive prices
Nice gentleman talked me through the carpets I liked and appropriate for my room.
Good price, nice colour and fitted within 2 weeks, carpet fitters were very nice and respectful of your property.
Only recommendation/feedback I'd give is to advise the customer when purchasing, you have to discard of the offcuts etc yourself. We were doing a tip run, so no problem. But elderly/less mobile people may not be able to and may occur extra costs to pay another company to discard of it.
