Great service in showroom
Great service in showroom. Really pleased with product.
Fitters were on time, quick, friendly and efficient - if a bit trigger happy with the glue spray - which catches dirt around the skirting.

The process for ordering seemed easy…
The process for ordering seemed easy but no mention of having to pay extra for the fitter to shave the door and one of the grips needed was missing from the order so again extra expense not accounted for. Other than that the fitters worked quickly and well

I’ve had all my rooms carpeted and my hallway done with laminate flooring. 3 visits over the last few weeks. I found all the fitters friendly, efficient and tidy, great job. Special thanks to the sales rep Justin in store, very helpful.

We went in and ordered our carpet, we required something slightly different and the sales person not only said they could accommodate, he said he would be one of the workers, he delivered and the work was amazing. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic service
Fast, brilliant and go up and beyond just fitting carpets. They helped take a door off, cut up old carpet to be taken away as husband not able to do it due to going through treatment for cancer. Looking at them doing the rest of the house very soon.

Excellent service yet again from United…
Excellent service yet again from United Carpets and Beds here in Scunthorpe. Having had my lounge/diner carpeted by them a few weeks ago I didn't hesitate to get them to carpet my bedroom. Once again proper "old school" service, all furniture moved, old carpet taken up and disposed of,vnew carpet and underlay fitted, all furniture returned to its original place . Very friendly staff and very competitive prices.

Shocking service
The first time I came into the store I found the mattress I wanted and was pleased to see posters on the wall stating you could pay weekly or monthly, interest free on anything over £500. I asked the manager and was told that offer could only be done online so I'd have to go away and order from the website. When I got home and looked the mattress I wanted wasn't even on the website so I contacted customer services who told me I was correct and could do the interest free over 12 months on anything over £500 in store and they would contact the shop and reiterate that to them. So I went back and tried again to be told again that it was only over £1000 in store. I told them I'd spoken to CS and the manager jumped in and said yes I was right but I would have to pay over 6 months not 12 months, therefore doubling my payments. I decided to pay outright and did get a bit of a discount due to all the confusion and mess around. But... I was told it would be in-store for the following Thursday or latest Tuesday after that...I didn't hear anything on either of those days so I rang the store to be told delivery days had changed only 2 days after I made my order and it would be a few more days before it arrived! I should have received a courtesy call about this. The manager did send a colleague to the warehouse to pick it up for me but I have to say the service and communication throughout from store to customer services at head office were shocking. If I hadn't have wanted that particular mattress I would have shopped elsewhere!!
