So Matt in the store was very patient and helpful, and stored the carpet while we waited for the new floor to dry before we could decorate. Yesterday Brendan and his son Harrison, did a fantastic job of laying it. We are delighted. Thank you all

Great service
Great service. Popped in to look at carpets and to arrange someone to come and measure to be able to provide a quote. Within a few minutes, the lovely Andrew had us sorted with a carpet, rough estimate of a quote and we also got NHS discount.
Within the hour he’d popped round (we live locally) measured, agreed the price and ordered! We’re having it fitted next week.
Amazing service. Friendly, professional and knows his subject well.

Carpets beautiful
Carpets beautiful, so that is what the two stars are for, but the Ripley Derbyshire branch did a hard sales and I felt pressured to nearly buy most expensive underlay, was on a budget so had to borrow money. Asked for fresh grippers, they charged me but didn't put new grippers in, so had to ask for money back. Stayed in all day for carpet fitting, was suppose to come 12pm....kept phoning they said said they were on their way, they didn't get here until after 4pm. Carpet fitters were lovely, they said there was no way they could of got to my house for 12pm, they were working away. Asked them to be very careful of new oak skirting boards because they were glued on, they pushed the carpet too much up to the expensive brand new skirting boards that one wall of skirting board came off! I won't bother going there again, was always pleased with previous carpets over the years, but new owners in now 😕

Visited the Ripley store for some carpet. Lots of choice for colour and styles in store. The friendly and helpful salesman soon got me sorted out. Offered the fitting only 4 days later.
Overall very impressed.

Great customer service
Walked into the Ripley branch on a wet and miserable day to be greeted by a lovely man named Andrew. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our experience easy and fast. Been to few carpet shops recently but Andrew has made it an easy choice for me to use United carpets for all my flooring needs in the future as it was such a pleasure. Carpet and Lino
The people were lovely and did an excellent job and even helped me move furniture when my partner was out. However there is a few bubbles in the lino that was fitted but nothing I can’t sort myself as I know the fitter wasn’t feeling to great but still kept a great attitude and did the job.
