For the fitters to respected out home
We knew which carpet was required as we had purchased the same previously for another Bedroom.
Just walked in and gave the room dimensions.
For some reason I had to ring the shop to ask when the fitting would take place, its as if they had forgotten us.

To many phone calls..
To many phone calls before fitting date..phoned to say they haven't got any details of my order.. When I did have carpet and vinyl fitted they fitted the wrong vinyl that was ordered

Recently bought carpet
Recently bought carpet. The gentlemen at Northfield branch were friendly and very helpful.
The only thing which stopped me giving 5stars was it took 3 weeks for it to be delivered to shop and was not kept updated. The carpet fitters were great done job in no time and cleaned up and took rubbish

Sales staff provided advantage and disadvantages for each product. We were given time to make a decision without pressure. Installer phoned before arriving, there was one issue with a door bar but this resolved next day.

Hi went to Northfield branch the staff there where very helpful and polite and they didn't push for me money they booked me in for one of team to come out and measure up arrived on time very helpful In what I wanted then they phoned me back with price very good booked in and guys came out excellent and tidy up after them selves and showed me what they done before they went next iam going back to have them again once other work done

Living room and upstairs en-suite
Living room and upstairs en-suite.
Second time using United Carpets, happy with the measurement service and was able to order what we wanted in store for a two week wait to be fitted- which we were happy with.
Unfortunately when the fitters came, one of our doors needed to be taken off and have some taken off the bottom- during measurement, the man had mentioned this could be done on day of fitting as the fitters have tools on the van- however this cost us an extra £50 on fitting day (which had not been mentioned at all!). Following this the upstairs ensuite had not been measured correctly by the store. Not only did we have zero apology from the store, we didn’t even have any correspondence about when it would be fitted again, until two weeks later when we got a call to say it could be fitted so my husband had to arrive late to work to wait for fitters as I had already taken a day off for the original fitting.
Not overly pleased with store.

Great service in store, quick, efficient and professional. Got a good price for the vinyl and carpet I chose.
Fitters we’re very good in moving all my furniture, took old flooring away and did a lovely job.
Very pleased.

Service was great from the second I walked into the store. The flooring I chose was put down within a couple of days of ordering and it looks brilliant.
