My rating is based on the fantastic service we received from Neil, the head fitter. He was professional and committed to fit the carpet in the 2 bedrooms and stairs before the end of the day. Neil accomplished this single handed. The quality of his work was outstanding.
He should be commended for a job welldone.

Poor workmanship and ethic.
We used these folks to do our whole bungalow in 2015 and they were excellent. As such, we didnt hesitate to go back to them for a stairs and loft room. Overall the sale was good and we got what we wanted. They set a date, but on the day, the installer arrived at 2:30 without the underlay, couldnt take off the doors as agreed, and finished the job at 7:30 leaving all the waste for us to tidy up. This is a shame, as we have been recommending these folks to people for the last decade, but we cant anymore.

Great service. Fitter was fantastic, Neil was a pleasure to deal with. Very efficient and courteous throughout the whole experience happy to go above and beyond to satisfy.

Purchased stair carpet around 18 months…
Purchased stair carpet around 18 months ago and its starting to wear already on the riser
and can feel the gripper rod protruding on the rear face
visited the store for advise as it is still under warranty
was told by the clerk at the desk , well it is our budget range, all i can do is pass your details on to the manager who only works here part time , that was 3 weeks ago we re still awating a call ?
Contacted by united carpets ,they offered a more expensive replacement carpet at a discount which we were happy with was fitted and we're happy with service received,hence change of review

Good value for money
Good value for money. Callum helped me find flooring solutions within my budget and couldn’t have been more helpful. When there was a delamination issue with the carpet we chose, he gave us lots of notice so we could either delay fitting for new stock to arrive or choose a different carpet. Neil was our flooring fitter and his expertise, knowledge and experience shone through. We could not be more pleased with the job he did. Would 100% recommend and will definitely go back to them when we are ready to do the flooring in the other rooms.
