Had to wait a few weeks for fitting
Had to wait a few weeks for fitting, most of the mess on fitting was cleaned up, few screws l ft around and stickers left on carpet runner between rooms. Paid reasonable price and communication was good

Ordered on 2nd October but item not available or laid yet 12/11/2024. Two to 3 weeks has turned into 6 so far. Supply issue.

Flooring
It took a while to get the floor covering from the manufacturers.The shop were helpfull but we think we were overcharged for the laying of the flooring in the conservatory at £390 even though this included laying ply down first.Plus we were charged £200 to screed the kitchen before the flooring could be laid which for half an hours work seems excessive. The fitters that laid the kitchen flooring were very helpful and charged us a very fair £80.We must say finished job looks brilliant.

Worked with Jo at the Melton Mowbray branch. Her customer service and advice were excellent. Damien fitted the carpets. He was brilliant. Worked quickly but to a high quality. He was polite too. Will definitely work with both again!

Had carpet and vinyl fitted 2 weeks…
Had carpet and vinyl fitted 2 weeks ago, within 24 hrs the vinyl had started to lift in the corners in two of our bathrooms. called the shop as soon as we had noticed and was told we would get a call back from the woman that works there. i ended up having to call the following week as heard nothing to be told they will get the fitters out today (23rd Oct). due to both me and my partner working during the week we got my partners dad to do a 2 hr round trip to be there when they come. Received a phone call from Andrew this morning to say the fitter wont be coming today due to 'his arm hurting' and will not be available until next weekend. He also told my partner that the fitter is 'not reliable' and 'isnt the best fitter'
Only giving three stars as staff were very understanding when we had to keep moving dates due to moving into a new build and the fact we love the carpet.

Fitters ripped my front room Lino
Got told it was a full days fitting, partner booked a fell day off but they turned up at 3:30pm, because of this they rushed the job. Fitters ripped my front room Lino, fitters cut round my toilet but forgot to move it back so need it re doing. Half glued my back room Lino down and swept debris under it, need pulling up and re fitting. They also broke my toilet, had to go down B&Q and buy new screws to re fit my toilet seat, still don’t sit correctly. Suppose to be coming back and fixing the work, been ringing, also visited the shop and still no call back or message to arrange it all to be rectified.
Was 1 star, due to poor services.
Update 5/11/2024 - fitters re visited, fixed the rip, re applied the back room and toilet Lino, also got a little refund back for the inconvenience, updated to 3 star because of this.

Carpet fitting disaster
Initial shop service prior to purchasing carpet was excellent.
The carpet fittment experience was absolutely appalling though!
The fitter arrived as planned O was vacant from the property at time of carpet fitting. When I arrived at property in evening lights were on throughout the house, foot prints on window sill, marks over freshly painted walls in both bedrooms carpets had been fitted, lumps in centre of room running across the room where fitter had poorly fitted the carpets due to underlay overlap, the carpet had not been stretched properly and had bulges in it across the rooms, no door strips fitted and still no door strips have been fitted, the remnants of carpets were literally thrown across the room, doors had been damaged from fitter too.
I have pictures and a video of this complete mess of a job, on speaking to the shop where carpets were bought, I was given one option to have the same carpet fitter back into the property to rectify their mistakes, I politely declined this offer and asked instead for a discount for compensation forbthis incompetence, I have been informed that this would not be possible, so I will never be using this firm again and will ensure to tell anyone I know not to use them for their poor service, unless I get compensation for this debacle.
Do not use this firm.

Great sales lady
Great sales lady. Very knowledgeable and interested in helping me select an appropriate carpet for my disability. Carpet fitters were great and fitted the carpet well around the numerous obstacles in our room.
