I collected the carpet
I collected the carpet, took it home and they had cut it too short by 10mm, took it back and they cut another after agreeing it was cut too short, went to fit at home, it was still too short, fit it anyway although difficult, buy the young lads a proper sized tape measure each and cut bigger

Absolutely atrocious time keeping and customer service
Absolutely atrocious time keeping, turned up 7 hours late.
We were told that we should have contacted them on the day to arrange a time, even though we are the customer!
Carpet eventually got fitted but has gaps in and is not gripped at the edges.
Fireplace is lifting also.
They were supposed to contact me a week later to rectify the stretching but never heard from them.
The poor guy they sent was lovely but was so rushed as they keep putting work on him apparently, he finally finished at 20:30.
Awaiting a response about the issues listed.

We are sorry to hear that the fitting was not up to our usual high standard.
In regard to your on the day fitting time we ask you to give us a ring to give you a specific time slot on the day.
In regards to your carpet fitting, the store was unaware of the stretching needed, as this was mentioned to the fitter not the store. However the store has now been able to book this in, within 24 hours of being made aware, to rectify this.

We had our front room, living room and one bedroom carpeted by United Carpets. We are very happy with the carpets and the fitter did an excellent job putting the carpets down.

Very helpful sales and fitting teams
Very helpful sales team supporting us in deciding ideal carpets to match our needs following a full house renovation. Needed 3 bedrooms, hall, stairs, landing, lounge and dining rooms fitting. The fitters were on time, professional and fitted the carpets amazingly dealing with lots of funny angles and nooks and crannies to fit around.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, beautiful carpet, we wasnt ready for when the fitter arrived, he was really helpful, polite, professional, knows his stuff, he popped to another job to give us the time we needed and returned and fitted our carpet. He sorted all that we asked of him.

LVT + 4 Carpets
After ordering carpets for 4 separate rooms and LVT for our kitchen diner, we had the pleasure of having the same fitters throughout - Liam and Ryan.
From start to finish the guys were amazing to work with, professional and went out their way to please. Added convenience of plaining the doors at a small cost unlike other fitter I've used previously.
The guys provided excellent communication throughout and always made sure we were informed of any changes that was needing to be made.
These guys are a must have as fitters and without doubt recommend them.
Having bought a lot of products at United on this occasion and previously, we was well looked and helped thoroughly throughout the ordering and fitting process and very fairly priced.
We wouldn't use anywhere else for carpets or flooring.

Excellent Service throughout..l changed my mind several times with the colour of laminate and Shayne was really helpful and eventually l made the right choice..the flooring is down in 2 rooms and the laminate is waiting for us at the shop wjen we are ready...Fantastic Staff Great Laminate Fitters too....Thankyou.

Great staff - Great Products
I have bought many times from this shop. Ryan was fantastic helping me choose my stair carpet. I have to say, all the staff are lovely/helpful/knowledgeable.
