The staff service is very good and…
The staff service is very good and professional, and will also advise customers on what kind of carpet to replace on the old one. The store also quickly arranged the replacement of the day, and the fitters were quick to replace the four rooms and the stairs in just a few hours. Highly Recommended.

The finished result is perfect
The finished result is perfect, the carpet fitter Joe did a fantastic job. We were having vinyl flooring fitted in three adjoining rooms of different shapes and sizes and he matched the pattern and layout spot on. We had to wait a few weeks as our desired flooring was not available from the supplier, but we were kept informed so made it a painless process apart from paying of course 😊. Overall a great service at a good price.

'luxury vinyl tiles'
Had floor fitted with 'luxury vinyl tiles' earlier this year. So far, fitters have returned at least three times and we are still having gaps between the tiles developing over time. Really disappointing considering the cost and the sell that this is 'manufactured to the highest possible standards from high-grade materials, and supported by comprehensive warranties and quality guarantees for complete peace of mind.'

We have received the best service from Daniel at the Kirkby In Ashfield store, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We purchased 2 carpets for our bedrooms. Well done Daniel it was a pleasure dealing with you. When the carpet fitter came( think his name was Joe) he was very polite and efficient. The carpets were fitted spot on and no mess to clean up.
