Very happy with carpets and flooring…
Very happy with carpets and flooring however 1 strip for between bedroom and en-suite is missing we spoke to fitter (flooring) about this can we call into branch at some point and collect one

Staff in shop where helpful they even managed to get me the carpet fitted christmas week. I would recommend them. Good choice of carpets at reasonable prices.

New Hall Flooring
Staff in store very helpful and progressed my order with no problems.
The fitter on the day was efficient,and helpful and we will be happy to use this service again later this year when we want our kitchen floor replacing.

Nice staff good price and quality of carpet and underlay was far superior to the other places we went carpet fitter made no mess and was friendly very happy customer

Faulty carpet
Had a new carpet fitted 15th November, after fitter left noticed lines in a plain carpet, went into the shop with pictures on the 16th to be told they should fade over time. 2 weeks later they're still not fading and heard no feedback after they emailed the supplier with the pictures, guess I'll have to go back into the shop again.
