I have visited United Carpets Dudley…
I have visited United Carpets Dudley and meet Mr. Ismail, he shows and explains about the carpets and we have confirmed buying. We just did a random check, then compared to other shops the quality and the service united is the best. Mr.Mudasir fixed the carpet very professionally and did a great job. Thanks again.

Look here first to save other journeys
I have had four orders from here over the last 3 months. Living room carpeted Dining room carpeted small bedroom carpeted and Lino in bathroom fitted. Excellent service and quality . Have to add that Ishmal (sorry if misspelt) was so very helpful in the showroom at Wellington Road giving help and guidance He also arranged fitters who were also very good. Don’t look elsewhere now I just head straight for them Job done

Quality Service
From ordering my new carpets and underlay etc to dilvery and fitting very pleased. From the initial order over tge phone the shop assistant very helpful. The fitter was very pleasant professional and assisted in keeping my rooms tidy after fitting

Helpful and friendly staff
Helpful and friendly staff chose my lino and paid within 15 mins. Managed to get a fitting for the next day as my bathroom is only small. Fitters did a brilliant job. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Would recommend 5*
Had the carpet around 2 or 3 months so far no complaints or problems. The fitters did a lovely hob and it's fitted much better than previous carpet. Service in shop was good too very friendly and patient. Will be using again for other carpets

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, I needed a measuring service for hall bedroom and living room carpet, the owner himself called back very quickly, measured up for me took me to the store & helped me with choosing a carpet & it's going to be fitted next day! I Have no problem recommending this store 😊
