Our recent experince for purchasing a carpet was great service from start to finish. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff in store. Delivered at a time to suit us. Perfectly and professionally fit by two very polite, speedy guys.

Not overly impressed
I asked for the carpet to be 5ft by 5ft to allow for dodgy measurements on my side and the guy took the measurements from the floor plan from the house sales brochure and it turned out slightly too short .
Then wanted an additional £120 extra to fit an alternative piece - ummmm no.

Great in store service and friendly…
Great in store service and friendly staff. Quick to get fitted. Good price on roll end and just the right colour. It would have been useful to know that the fitters didn't clean up or take away any spare pieces beforehand. Not a problem if you have a bespoke piece! Will definitely go back.

The mannerisms of the staff were lovely and not once did they approach us while we were making our decision apart from asking if we were ok which is what I like to be left to make our own decision in

Great choice and fit
Lots of choice in store and plenty of time to browse without being bothered.
Lots of roll ends too.
The fitters were polite and friendly .
Had carpets from elsewhere and were not fit correctly.
This is perfect and really improves my room!

Damaged headboard
It took 3 attempts to get our headboard. On the 1st attempt when the bed was delivered, the headboard was broken in transit, ok it happens. Rescheduled another delivery a week later and lo and behold when the knock came on the door, the headboard was broken again. We eventually got a headboard on the 3rd attempt, a month after receiving the bed and went to the local shop to pick it up. Service was shocking, but the bed is finally complete and lovely. Oh, and no compensation for our troubles either

Vinyl floor covering
I bought some vinyl flooring recently from United Carpets for my bathroom. The fitters were prompt, and polite a fitted the vinyl skilfully. Bathroom floor looks great. Would recommend.

Great experience with United Carpets in Crewe, we went one evening, picked out our perfect carpet, Eddie was brilliant, great customer service, we got an excellent quote and it was fitted within a week, they were professional, quick and left no mess! Highly recommend.

Great company
Great company, very helpful and polite. Fitters were expected in the afternoon, but came in the morning. Rooms weren't quite ready, guys very kindly helped to move stuff out of the rooms. Very happy with service from start to end.
