Purchase carpet for the dining room
Purchase carpet for the dining room. The whole process from the selection in the shop to the installation by the fitters was a pleasure.

You speed and the quality of work was good.
But your fitters left a mess. They fitted the carpet and just walked away without tidying up. What a mess they left.

Came into Crewe looking for stores because I intend to have new flooring and replace all the carpets in a house I recently moved into. Ended up with £100 parking fine for my trouble. You just lost a customer

We were served by Eddie, again. Always a pleasure. No mess or none sense. No sneaky upsell or drive up the price. Just great service recommending a carpet that was good for us.
We used their fitters. Turned up when they scheduled. Carpet fitted well. Lovely.
Overall, highly recommended. We’ll be back to United Carpets again in the future.

Top service all round
We renovate (and then sell) homes locally and have been frequent customers of United Carpets for almost a decade.
Every visit has been a positive experience. The quality of the carpets is consistently excellent, with a lot of good designs to choose from.
The guys who work there are chatty, knowledgeable, and always happy to help, never pushy (or ignore you) like in some other carpet stores.
Prices are good, and we've never been disappointed with a purchase.
We have bought off-the-roll, and room-size remnants of carpet and vinyl from here too.
We highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality flooring and top service.
