Stair carpet
From start to finish United carpets of Chesterfield have been helpful, informative and very professional.
The shop has friendly staff giving good guidance on the best products and prices and not pushy at all. Having 2 dogs we wanted a darker stair carpet that looked nice and felt nice, Once ordered we were kept upto date via phone and booked in for fitting. The fitter was brilliant. He did a great job and very clean and tidy work. We are very happy with our choice.
I would definitely recommend United carpets of Chesterfield.

Very friendly staff, very very helpful. Excellent sevice couldn't ask for better customer service, i am very happy with my purchase also very happy with the carpet fitter he respected my home and was very polite throughout. Customer service at it's BEST!
I've always got my carpets, laminate etc from Chesterfield United Carpets & Beds on Whittington Moor, and yesterday was no exception. I do have to say, that I always go and check out other shops too "just in case" but always end up buying from UC&B's! Super friendly staff that whilst being professional, seem very happy in their work, laughing, joking and making you feel at ease from the minute you walk in. Also, in stark contrast to other carpet shops, it's very clean, tidy and well organised. Prices are fantastic and great choice. Well done to you all! Thank you!!

Amazing customer service!
I went into the shop to have a chat about flooring for most of my new home. The lady I spoke to was so attentive and her customer service was incredible. Really good communication, my flooring was even fitted the same week and to an impeccable standard too. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

From start to finish the whole experience was great, the lady who helped us buy the carpet in-store was very friendly, polite and gave great advice. The carpet fitter was polite, quick and cleaned up after the carpet was laid. Will use again.

The Chesterfield branch was lovely had carpets from them in the past and now we have now had wood flooring great service and fitters too. Would recommend them and have, our Daughters have also had carpets from them too.

Went to choose a carpet, loads of choices, reasonable pricing and really nice and helpful staff.
Carpet fitted one week later by two efficient and friendly fitters and they have done an amazing job.
