From start to finish the staff in the Chesterfield store were knowledgeable and professional the fitter called me the morning of the fitting to give me an approximate time of his arrival and he did a great job ... Highly recommend

We was welcomed by Sarah, I explained exactly what I was wanting she listened and gave me a good few options.
Honesty is worth its weight in gold for me, and Sarah is very honest she is thorough, kind, helpful and can have a laugh.

Choices offered, pricing and advice was absolutely spot on. Felt very confident in our choice of United Carpets and types of flooring offered. Communication was great and the fitting was absolutely perfect. The fitter, explained through the process during the day what was happening, which was very much appreciated. Would definately recommend and use again.

Excellent service and choice of carpets.

Superb!
Recently bought our lounge carpet from the Chesterfield branch. We are so happy with it and every aspect of the service. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable and helped us make a decision on what we required for our particular needs/ budget. The order was quick to arrive and the store delayed our fitting for us till we were ready. The fitters came when they said, did a fantastic job and left everything tidy. We will be using them for all our new flooring now. Would highly recommend to all ⭐️
