I had a very tight budget and very…
I had a very tight budget and very tight turnaround time and Moira at the Chester Bumpers lane store was absolutely amazing, she found a carpet for three bedrooms from end of rolls that were very close in colour and was so friendly and approachable and took care of finding an excellent carpet fitter at really late notice too. Not patronising, just helpful and practical and will definitely be going there for next carpet, thank you!

Amazing
Amazing, Moira was so knowledgeable, approachable and found a brilliant deal for us at very short notice for 3 bedrooms and managed to source a fitter very quickly also. Great choice of carpets at very decent pricing, will definitely be back!

Excellent Service
Excellent service. Although we had to initially wait for our bed as our suppliers awaited new deliveries, this wait didn't cause us any problems. As long as we knew and were kept informed, which we were. The day delivery was scheduled we initially received a two hour delivery window. They were slightly early but again not a problem as they messaged us in advance to say we were next on their schedule. Excellent service when they arrived as well. The road we live in can be a nightmare for parking so one of the delivery men kept an eye out on the street in case the van needed to be moved. Excellent product, excellent service. Highly recommended.

Went into my local United carpets store couldn't find what i was looking for so a chap that worked there told me to try tge Chester store so visited the store & was met by Moira, who was very pleasant & helpful we found the carpet we wanted had it fitted & it looks great so a big thank you 😊
