Fantastic service once again!
This is the second time I’ve used the little United Carpets shop in Arnold (Nottingham), and once again I’m very happy with everything. The staff are very helpful and give great advice, and the fitter was absolutely fantastic. He contacted me the night before to confirm the time of arrival and turned up right on time. He was very polite, hard-working, and careful not to scratch any paint during the fitting process. Overall, I’m really pleased with both the service and the result. Highly recommend!

I went here as a last resort after a bad experience elsewhere and they had the exact carpet I wanted could get it in and fitted within 2 days. Been and fitted today quick, reasonable and professional, I’ll be back thanks

The team in store were very helpful in advising us the best carpet for our home. They talked us through pricing and arranged for someone to come and measure up for us. Mark the fitter was great, had a nice chat with him before going to work and he just cracked on. Thanks to everyone who helped along the way.

Loved everything especially the advice given on the products available in the shop
Everything was great apart from all the rubbish being left in the room by the fitters , it’s very tricky to get rid of it without a vehicle.

The men carpet fitters ere polite and knew what they…
The men were polite and knew what they were doing, didn't take them long.
Was told if my doors wanted shaving they would do it, when I asked if the doors shut ok they said yes, look and shut the kitchen door.
After they left I went to shut the stairs door and it wouldn't shut properly, so we had to do it.
Apart from that a very good experience

Andy helped me choose the carpet for the bedroom and stairs. The fitting was more or less straight away. Another carpet company said it would be a 4 week wait. You can pay a deposit and full payment after fitting. The carpet fitters were excellent, clean, tidy and took everything away. I was really pleased I went in again and purchased a mattress. My son said he didn't realise how bad the other mattress was until he tried the new diamond pocket Andy suggested. Highly recommend you visit the shop.

It took me and my partner 2hours to clean up after they had been.i also had to pay someone to come out and re hang a door that was taken off .that cost me 50 pounds .I was not happy at all

A long wait…….,
This would have been a 5* had all works been completed on the day I was booked in for. When the fitters arrived they wasn’t able to fit 3 sections of the flooring due to the incorrect measurements from the shop owner. I got a call the following week from shop owners partner to say they couldn’t source my requested flooring for the next arranged date, this cost me 2 extra days of lost wages, my other half had to ring and chase them, they offered me a little refund (£150) in compensation for lost earnings. It then took 4weeks for them to be able to complete the works. Fitters themselves where spot on, very professional and did a fantastic job

I've had very good advice and service
I've had very good advice and service from the shop staff and from the carpet fitters. They are very experienced and will direct you to the right products. And even though the little shop at Mainsfield Road looks small and hidden away, it has everything you can imagine for your floor!
