If I could give it minus 5 points I’d be doing myself an injustice. I tried to open a Coinbase account to withdraw my $30.87 and guess what? Not acceptable in your area. So Coinbase doesn’t work in Gods own County, Yorkshire? I have emailed U R do no avail so my advice is spam them as they are a waste of time just like Coinbase.

I have been with UniqueRewards for quite a number of years and has been okay till the last couple of years where they have changed payment options and even though it states on the website when you sign in that you can claim your rewards to be paid into your bank account, that now appears to be incorrect after countless emails to UniqueRewards so-called "support" email as they rarely answer unless you state something legal to them - I had $35.40 and tried to claim to my bank account and been eventually informed you have to cash out in Coinbase and then transfer it to PayPal, what a con - Closed my account down and yes, lost my time consuming rewards also, which is what I guess they are hoping we do.
My advice is, don't bother joining and wasting your valuable time that earns you nothing, plus one of the worst customer service experiences ever and to think the UK one is based in London, absolutely shocking and something Trading Standards should be made aware of.

I believe this site is a SCAM. I reached the payout threshold of $20 but no withdrawal is forthcoming and customer support never responds to emails. Avoid at all costs.

They say they only use bitcoin or coinbase, the latter being just another bitcoin router. Bitcoin is NOT money and they continue to refuse top use Paypal or send a U S dollar check. I get all kinds of excuses but have received no payment. If they had even an ounce of integrity they would pay all accounts in REAL currency of the clients country now and stop the stalling.

ok i just signed up last year on here after they took me for a ride i had gotten 50 dollars like they said and they told me i did not have that in my account and i did but they said i did not so i got off of it for about two years and they sent me thses sign up thing for this site saying it got better and i thought it did tell just a week ago when they stopped the survey site i was getting money from and that site was called CPX SURVEYS and that went on for about a year and now they stopped with that site and the bad thing is they say one month for there survey on there BUT THEY DONT PAY AT ALL they told me no record of you doing any surveys so they got me two years ago now this i give them -10 stars and more so bewere of this site

I used to cash out with this site via PayPal. Now they want Bit coin. The older, unsecured one.Not the wallet.Very disappeared in them. I earned almost $30 and now I can't get my money. I would not recommend them to anyone I know, let alone strangers. They contacted me today(05/25/2023 )saying if I don't want bitcoin then they will ban my account.
It's just their excuse not to pay up.
I can't believe how downhill they went.

No log in,no reply and no payout from contacts

They have changed their payout to Bitcoin. I sent an email asking why and was told I could receive my payout through PayPal. They asked for my PayPal address and said payment instructions would follow. This occurred in November of 2022. I have sent a number of emails since but no one answers. This site has become a total scam.

They don't pay out when you have earned enough.

I've been with them for a whole, but now they have changed pay methods, and I was not aware. Now they won't pay me. I keep getting stalled, and by them not caring about the reviews, that says something. I turned them into the FTC, and the Attorney General of my state

This site, many years ago, used to be amazing until someone else took it over and ran it into the ground. They now only offer bitcoin as a payout option AND no longer pay you what you have earned at all. Ive been waiting almost a month and they are supposed to pay out on Mondays. DO NOT earn money for these crooks.

I really like using Unique Rewards. They have so many different ways to earn points. I really love the selection of games to play from fun word scrambles to puzzles. The site loads up quickly and redemption is quick and easy! Definitely recommend.

I have contacted this site many times for things I've signed up too, but they must have forgotten to add my money, I got one response after I continued to email asking for a real person to answer, and they said they would look into it but I have never heard back, and that was like 6 months ago.

It has taken me several years just to earn a measly $20 and for the last year I have been given the run around to receive payment - to date - today Nov. 12/21- I am still getting excuses. I signed up with this site in good faith, but have realized over the past few months, that this company is a scam, a ripoff, and just plain dishonest! People, do your research before you even consider signing up with Unique Rewards. I have never had any problems with any other survey sites over the past 16 years that I have been doing this. Shame on Unique Rewards!

Did countless surveys with low yield and accumulating about 30 pounds only to be told i can't be credited via card or direct deposit but rather via bitcoin.
After all my monthly stress only to leave a whooping 30 pound for this scam called survey site.

It has just taken me 5 months to be paid the $50 they owed me. It took me YEARS to earn that amount. Usually, it was 1 cent for clicking on the survey link only and I rarely qualified for surveys. I tried to cash out at $25 but they said it was Bitcoin only. So I waited until I limped along to the $50 in order for them to cut a cheque, only to be told they they only do credit card credits and they only pay out on Mondays. What? Never heard of such a thing for a survey site. Still, I played along giving them my info. I heard nothing. Then I was told that I had not given the cardholder's name (er...my name, you mean?) which I had. So I played along again and then was told that they didn't have my email address which, considering they were actually emailing me, seemed surprising. Then I was told they needed the last 4 digits of my driver's licence??????? Excuse me?? What on earth for? Then it was forget the credit card, we're going to pay you with PayPal. Then they didn't have my email again. FIVE LONG MONTHS. They finally paid me today - a Saturday. I had made it clear to them that I wasn't going to just go away and that I would play their little games all they liked but they were eventually going to pay me.
So if you like a lot of frustration for very little reward, go for it. I cancelled my account the second they paid me.
