Excellent customer service. Heat pump had shut down. Prompt phone connection with engineer who assessed that a call out was required. Engineer came next day and remedied the problem.

Excellent service as always
I've been trading with Unipipe for over 20 years now and can never fault them. Great product knowledge, product quality and aftersales support. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high spec heat pumps & underfloor heating systems.

Parts for system
Matt was very helpful and super efficient in identifying what was needed and giving me the replacement part details when I sent the photo of the issue. Ordering the part was easy and straightforward, it arrived promptly - now installed and working.

All the staff are great in Unipipe
All the staff are great in Unipipe, from the office to the warehouse and the Service engineers are so helpful and knowledgeable. Matt has great story's to tell ;-).
They are all genuinely interested in your project whether it’s small or big and most of all want to help you get it right the first time!
I am particularly happy with their ground screws product, they are so easy to install.
Highly recommended.

The engineer who called was excellent
The engineer who called was excellent. He explained many features of the heat pump which I didn't understand. He was very patient and courteous. (I think his name was John.)

Very happy with my experience
Very happy with my experience. This was the first time that my NIBE heatpump was serviced and everything was well done. Jack was punctual, friendly, professional and tidy. He explained what was involved and showed me what he was doing and even showed me the condition of the filter that we was cleaning. Happy to recommend Unipipe.
